We enjoyed a half board stay. The meals were terrific and the organisation around the serving of meals was excellent. Most of all the entire staff at the hotel were so very pleasant, helpful and responsive to any customer needs. That was the highlight of ur stay.

We liked the whole things during our stay. The amusements were good- for adults and small. The food was also very good. It was perfect to come back after all day on the slope and to have something to eat - with big range of delicious food (for adults and the kids). The hotel is not new but everything is clean and in good shape and working smart. The swimmig pool is quite big. Everthing is on place - ski school for kids, ski rental, restaurant, animation for kids, swimming pool. But the best was the staff who was very very friendly. We had a really nice stay. Thank you

Everything was as expected, despite the furniture and other things in the room are not perfect, the cleanest was very good and very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely come back.

The location was perfect, and the staff was really welcoming! Great food and good services in general.

If I have to find something odd, maybe the ski room was a bit uncomfortable regarding the logistics. However, it was manageable, and there was nothing to worry about.

Very convenient location. Close to the Marmolada cabine and easy to connect with Selaronda.very friendly and helpfull staff.

I was nicely surprised by this hotel. The rooms are renovated and comfortable. Each and every staff member is very nice and helpful. I was a bit concerned about the food after reading the reviews here, but I don’t have anything to complain about the food. Both breakfast and dinner are self-service. The swimming pool is decent, water temperature is ok and one is required to wear a swimming cap! The wellnes area with finnish and turkish sauna is also decent, has to be reserved day before and is 15€.

Ski room in the basement is supposedly locked at night - maybe bring your own locker for securing your skis. Swimming/ wellness area is opened only 16.00- 19.00… on rainy and snowy days one could use these facilities also during other hours. No one shoveled the snow on the parking lot during the snowy days.

Walking distance to the cable car, great food and service.

27th December - 2nd January Who we are - a couple in their 20's - 30's Location - Perfect, 50 meters from Marmolada cable car, and connected to the Sella Ronda ski circuit Room - Exceeded expectations, 1st floor, clean, good furniture Food - We had a full board, and for a 3-star hotel it exceeded our expectations, with at least 2 options to choose from all courses. The staff also prepared an awesome new years dinner, with fireworks, prosecco, and live music for no extra costs Staff - We had never met such friendly and fun staff before, we had an awesome stay and a perfect new years party because of them. From the cleaning ladies to the reception, from the bartenders to the dinner staff and from the receptionists and all the way to the director, they were all phenomenal and we had a great laugh every time we met. Being a fairly sociable couple and alone at the new year's party, we never felt this because of them and some other friendly tourists. In fact, we felt so welcomed, and because the staff is rotating between winter and summer hotels inside the hotel chain we are seriously considering following them for our summer vacation too. Hotels are more or less the same but people are unique, you just need to give them a chance. Thank You!

It was very pleasant to stay here. Very nice room. The breakfast and dinner were tasty, with always different possibilities to choose from. The location of hotel is surrounded by high mountains. It is a very nice landscape view.

We could not safely open the window to get fresh air. The room was situated directly above the main entrance to the hotel. There were always people who smoke. The smoke went through the room.
