The hotel was very well appointed with wellness area, parking, hot tub, sauna etc. Genuinely ski in/ski out (if you charted your course home from the pistes carefully). Just a short walk to the lovely (albeit quite quiet) village. Beds were very comfortable. Welcome drinks and nibbles was a nice touch. Half board menu was excellent and felt very close to an a la carte menu. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

Not much but for completness... the ski locker was not large enough - I frequently had to rearrange skis to find enough room and there was a lot of jostling in the morning as people tried to get past each other to collect equipment, use the limited seating to put on boots etc. The hot tub was an expensive extra. Seating around the fire pit was too far away to enjoy the heat. Steep ramp to car park was not kept ice free. Also no sound insulation on the connecting door with adjacent room so we could hear every word of our neighbours conversations.

Beautiful hotel with lots of genuin charm. We stayed 4 nights with our 2 teenage sons for hiking and stayed in a 2-bedroom deluxe apartment in the separate building. Lovely apartment, so charming, top floor. We had halfboard, can really recommend. Dinner was superb every night with different choices served at the table. The hotel restaurant is of high standard and has a good cuisine mentioning in the Michelin guide. Breakfast excellent. We never had time to enjoy and of the facilities usch as sauna, hot tub, spa. Some of the best hikes in the Dolomites reachable within 30-60 min by car. We did 4 Torri, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, took the old cableway up to Sassolu go etc.

If I should mention one thing its that breakfast is starting not until 8:30. That was very late, surprisingly, since most visitors want to get out on their hikes to catch the day. Assuming its for the staff and their working hours, if so I understand and accept.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the welcoming and genuinely kind staff to the beautiful facilities and relaxing spa. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the level of service exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with an impressive selection of fresh and delicious options. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness. A truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Dolomites.

There is nothing we didn't like!

Reception and cleaning staff super friendly. Loved the room and comfy bed - slippers and robe too. We had a balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a little table where we sat and drank our tea, lovely view. Also big bar and terrace area at the front with great views lovely place to sit and have a drink. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of breads, meat cheese eggs cakes cereals/muesli yogurts fruits and juices. We ended up by mistake having the set dinner, food was good although too much for us!

Restaurant staff not as friendly as the others, and we had a few confusions - but possible more caused by our lack of Italian and German!! If you don't want the set dinner ask for the a la carte menu.

Everything was great. We had a wonderful time at the hotel with their fantastic staff, great surrounding area, quality of hotel, food, facilities, etc. We brought our dog (German Shepherd) with us, and their warm embrace of her as well was outstanding. Our key takeaways: - Unmatched hospitality throughout our stay, obvious echo throughout the hotel from the passionate and friendly owners - Fantastic food, we chose to include both breakfast and dinner in our booking - Would recommend to anyone! - Beautiful area to explore of you enjoy the outdoors - Overall quality, seamlessness, sense of welcoming was everything we could have asked for from a brilliant place. We certainly hope to be back in the future!

Nothing! We experienced no unpleasantries while staying at the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed everything!

We had a room on the third floor and it was amazing. Comfortable and clean. Very quiet place, we were enjoying waking up and having coffee with stunning view from our terrace. I would recommend for all, we are coming back next year.

Everything was good and no dislike for them.

Fantastic hotel in the center of the Dolomites. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the meadow near us. Parking was very easy too. Our dog was well accommodated with his own bed and water bowl. We enjoyed the spa and jacuzzi which was included with our reservation.

We spontaneously decided to stay one more night and got upgraded for the same price to a bigger room which was just phenomenal. The hotel is super beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the spa clean & nice and all staff very friendly. We will hopefully come back one day, thanks a lot @ Alpenrose Team!

The hotel staff and the owners are amazing. They deal with everything quickly and efficiently. The hotel restaurant is soooooo good. And they're open to make reasonable adjustments to the dishes in the menu, on request. The deserts are...WOW :) They also have an extensive list of wines and the ones I tasted were all very good and decently priced. There's a really nice rest area next to the restaurant, where there's some kind of entertainment going on every evening, special costumes night on Sunday (I think). The hotel is literally on the side of the slopes.

The one improvement that could be made is to install lockers for each room in the ski room. No biggie :)

We did not need to leave the hotel if we did not want to. They had everything. Excellent service. The personnel was very kind. They have homemade drinks, cocktails and spirits. The welness center was excellent, speacially for us that were travelling with the road bikes so it was fitting ro relax after the sport.

A bit far from the city center if you dont have a car. (We were bikepacking)
