We liked location, very good meals during breakfasts and amazing dinners. There was also good wellness, nice bar and friendly staff who helped with everything. Also there was pretty new bathroom.

We didn't like the room because it looked pretty simple like in the cheap hostel. The bed with mattress was uncomfortable. The bed construction was from iron like in the hospital and we were not able to sleep properly within 5 nights. Considering we came for skiing there was no kettle to make a tea and there was also no fridge. Also WIFI in the room was not usable.

Location was good, parking was excellent for my low car. The manager was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. We didn't realise we had dinner included in our booking so we ate at the pizzeria next door which was really good, and good value. The bar in the hotel was lively in the evening but we could not hear any noise from our room. Breakfast was good, a wide range of food and again super helpful staff. Our room was a decent size, had a balcony overlooking the town and the beds were perfectly comfortable. Overall I think it's a good choice for a hotel in Arabba, it's certainly good value. We visited in summer so I can't comment on skiing facilities etc.

Bathroom felt a little bit dated but that's just a personal opinion. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly fine.

The location is very well placed and you can get to different locations in less that 30 minutes with the car. The room was very clean, and they clean and change the towels every day. The food was exceptional. For the breakfast they have a diversity of food, so you can chose what we like, and for the dinner I was really surprised because we ate traditional food, unfamiliar to us (not just pasta and pizza) and it was really good.

Breakfast was incredible, I think the hotel literally catered for everybody. We were offered just about everything you could think of and more. Wonderfully fresh and well thought out.

A really great addition would be tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. It’s nice to relax in your room with a cup of tea or coffee whenever you want and not have to go out anywhere to find one.

The location is very convenient. Right next to two lifts and many trails for hiking. The hotel itself is not new, but the rooms are neat and comfortable. The highest compliments to the hotel restaurant! The food is simply perfect, a large selection, different dishes every day, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our room was excellent and the restaurant was good

It was necessary to book the swimming pool (and other gym activities). Often, when skiing you don’t know whether you’ll want to swim at the end of the day, so booking can be a problem.

Breakfast was good and the location close to the Burz ski lift. You could ski back to the rear of the hotel

enclosed booth seating arrangements at our dining tables made it difficult for buffet breakfast and for waitress/ waiter access to serve and collect dishes.

Hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly, meals are good

Hotel isn’t exactly ski-to-door because you have to walk a bit to get to the entrance of the hotel. Some of the sheets had dirty stains on them. Walls are very thin, sometimes person coughing in the other room wakes you up. All in all, I would say it’s too expensive.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful food and excellent variety. Bar within the complex was also good entertainment. We would definitely visit again.

The location is great for walking, cycling, via ferrata, etc. the staff are warm and friendly.

Dogs are allowed in rooms - we had dogs as neighbours, the owners couldn’t control them and so there was loud barking at various times.
