Perfect location Very kind staff Dinner including buffet( amazing salads)

Little bit boring breakfast,every day the same. No porridge,no home made spreads,no fried eggs,2 types of vegetable only. I missed very much a normal mug for tea( 2-3dl),there was only one coffee cup on the table and you had to ask for a waiter to bring a hot water. There was no machine for coffee and a machine for hot water. So it was very annoying to wait for 1dl of hot water instead of just doing your coffee or morning drink as you wish ( with almond or soy milk). There were anyway 6-8 waiters just standing and waiting at dinner time as well but the hotel cannot afford to buy mugs for tea and a coffee machine? There was not any drink menu so we did not what can we order for breakfast...the same was at dinner.

The location of the hotel is good. Breakfast was rich and everyone had a choice. The dinners were interesting. The choice of meals is made a day in advance. Every night we waited with anticipation to see what would appear under the name of the dish. Sometimes we were surprised :-) It would have been good if there was a photo of the food next to the names. Rice with peas Venetian style was supposed to be risotto and in the end it was soup. Luckily it was good :-)

We missed a small fridge in our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor, which in reality meant we were on the ground floor overlooking the garbage containers. The garbage trucks came early in the morning so we didn't get much sleep in this accommodation. The view was definitely nicer on the higher floors and the room was quieter.

We liked location, very good meals during breakfasts and amazing dinners. There was also good wellness, nice bar and friendly staff who helped with everything. Also there was pretty new bathroom.

We didn't like the room because it looked pretty simple like in the cheap hostel. The bed with mattress was uncomfortable. The bed construction was from iron like in the hospital and we were not able to sleep properly within 5 nights. Considering we came for skiing there was no kettle to make a tea and there was also no fridge. Also WIFI in the room was not usable.

Location was good, parking was excellent for my low car. The manager was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff. We didn't realise we had dinner included in our booking so we ate at the pizzeria next door which was really good, and good value. The bar in the hotel was lively in the evening but we could not hear any noise from our room. Breakfast was good, a wide range of food and again super helpful staff. Our room was a decent size, had a balcony overlooking the town and the beds were perfectly comfortable. Overall I think it's a good choice for a hotel in Arabba, it's certainly good value. We visited in summer so I can't comment on skiing facilities etc.

Bathroom felt a little bit dated but that's just a personal opinion. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly fine.

The location is very well placed and you can get to different locations in less that 30 minutes with the car. The room was very clean, and they clean and change the towels every day. The food was exceptional. For the breakfast they have a diversity of food, so you can chose what we like, and for the dinner I was really surprised because we ate traditional food, unfamiliar to us (not just pasta and pizza) and it was really good.

Beds need more pillows for evening reading. There is a bar on the first floor. The sounds and cigarette smoke drifts into the open hotel room windows. Thankfully they were able to move us to a quieter location.

Good location and services.

We wiped a handfull of mud from the floor with one small hotel towel and we were charged 100€ for extra cleaning as they said the towel was not usable anymore. They have really expensive towels at the hotel but as per my opinion the towels were not that good.

Breakfast was incredible, I think the hotel literally catered for everybody. We were offered just about everything you could think of and more. Wonderfully fresh and well thought out.

A really great addition would be tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. It’s nice to relax in your room with a cup of tea or coffee whenever you want and not have to go out anywhere to find one.

The location is very convenient. Right next to two lifts and many trails for hiking. The hotel itself is not new, but the rooms are neat and comfortable. The highest compliments to the hotel restaurant! The food is simply perfect, a large selection, different dishes every day, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfy room, friendly stuff ( Felice presence was a delight). Good breakfast and delicous dinner. I liked that the hotel didn’t encourage any waste. Bathroom was clean nothing broken and i really liked the vintage look.
