The dessert bar was delicious. Excellent staff. Rich morning breakfast. Great place with access to ski slopes. Not far from city center and shops. Spa have multiple saunas. The room space was great with nice balcony and great bathroom. EV charger for Teslas.

Scrambled eggs were distasteful, like from powder. Plumb tubes were very loud in the room, you could hear every flush from neighbors above us. Dinner was on the one hand a great experience, like from a Michelin chef however if you travel with kids, it is a problem. Luckily they were doing custom pasta on request for kids. The whirlpool needs a slight refurbish. Parking only outside.

Fantastic staff and food. Large choice available at breakfast and supper. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ski lift easy to walk to - just across the road. Lounge was very cosy with lots of places to sit on comfortable sofas. Spa great.

This is a luxurious 4-star hotel in the town of Arabba. It has an excellent location for hiking in the Dolomites. The rooms are huge, with a large TV including English channels. The attitude of the staff at the reception and in the dining room is excellent. The food is excellent, both at breakfast and dinner.

A gem. Very friendly, ambitious and helpful staff. Dinner was excellent with massive buffet and choices from menu. Some nights with theme menus. Wine cellar exceptional. Formerly Guide Michelin rated. Arabba itself w very limited nightlife, basically just hotel bars, so good that your own hotel can offer a very nice and spacey bar area w some live music, plus a large soft lounge w fireplace. Spa very good. Ski locker room worked well. Location w short walk to two main lifts (entering Sella Ronda or Marmolada). Basically a hundred metres off the centre of Arabba, so quiet but close.

Maybe this hotel is attractive for representation and larger groups. We were exposed to two groups, and it was not perfect for others since spa and dining hall got swamped when all came in at the same time.

The manager and reception staff very helpful and communicative with natural Italian courtesy. Great kitchen. Nice, very efficient restaurant staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. What do you need more?

- rooms were spacious and well appointed - really marvellous bar and lounge area. the Sommelier/Chief mixologist was an absolute star for our entire stay. -Half board was well managed (note: the best dishes were the local dishes that used local produce). - every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Most spoke English which we really appreciated.

- the Jacuzzi was never hot enough to use after skiing to soothe muscles.

Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. The cleanliness is superb. View of the beautiful surrounding peaks, close to the center. A small spa to relax after an active day. Our motocycle in a covered area. We will definitely come again

Pleasant environment, abundant and very delicious dinner. The room is comfortable and large with a magnificent view of the mountains and the village. There is a lot to see in the area. Recommended for those arriving by car and motorbike.

The public spaces are beautiful. Location also good.

I would have preferred not to have dinner included in the price as I usually only want the salad buffet. V few choices on menu if you are vegetarian and didn’t see any if you are vegan but maybe they could make something special. I just don’t eat that much in the evenings. Bar staff lacking in evening when dinner going on.

First time in Dolomites and I wasn’t sure where to stay, so many towns around and options. I found this hotel and I booked two nights without analyzing too much. Thanks to my intuition I ended up in this amazing hotel. Interior design is outstanding, with many cozy and elegant spaces. The bar area is incredible and the place to hang out. There’s a lady in charge of the bar that gives the whole place an elegante vibe with her charme. All the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant is extraordinary with delicate options. I extended my stay here so I ended up in two different rooms. Both are really comfortable with king size beds and balconies overlooking the town. They offer sauna and spa area. In a nutshell, this hotel meets all the requirements that somebody would ever need, with an upscale, elegant yet low key vibe. Great option in the area. We are talking 5 star service and accommodation here.
