De breakfast was great, really nice bread and good cheeses. Fresh fruits and really good coffee. the lady helping us was incredibly friendly, very helpful. We needed a room for that night, calling them at 17:30 and we where more than welcome, even with our two large dogs. The price on booking was well over 100 euro cheaper than via their own site though, perfect for me haha. The bed was nice, the bathroom was really clean and nice. Everything is basic but clean and not broken.

The restaurant was closed, in our particular case we loved to have eaten there but it was really not an issue.

Hotel Planac is a perfect stay and very good starting point for trekking tours, via ferratas and ski. The room was great with a beautiful balcony and view to the surrounding hills. The staff was flexible and helpful, they immediately handled our request to stay 1 day earlier and arrive very late.

The hotel and the room was a littbe bit old fashioned, which did not disturb us, but I can imagine that can be problematic for someone.

Lovely staff and delicious half board! The bathroom, even though was small, was spotless clean and the shower was fantastic. Perfect location for skiing, direct access to the Pralongia lift.

The room was rather small and needs some reconditioning in the near future to be contemporary.

Good location of hotel for views of the surrounding mountains. It's too far to walk into town so getting a bus or self-driving is required.

For a 3-star hotel the rooms were slightly smaller than expected. The mattresses on the bed were beginning to show signs of wear and tear and weren't particularly supportive. Same for the pillows. Toilet rolls weren't replenished on one day which meant we had to go and buy our own: Not a big complaint but shows that the staff are run a little thin in summer. All that said it was a nice hotel and just about lived up to expectations. Would recommend for a no-frills stay.

Lovely location, friendly staff. I checked out early, before breakfast and the lady prepared a pack up breakfast to take with me.

The restaurant and spa was closed, only open in winter. Also no plugs by the bedside.

Elena the hostess / manager was extremely nice and very accommodating as was Giovanni at breakfast. The property is not brand new but for its agent it is an incredible value… Good location right near the chairlift …. I am here for a mountain bike trip and it was great all around!

The room was decent in size, clean, and comfortable, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was well-served with plenty of options, and parking was convenient. The location is a bit on the outskirts of town, but still manageable. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good price.

Restaurant and the SPA was closed. Room was nice but you could hear noises from other rooms, hallway and outside.

Great location, helpful staff! Nice breakfast. Rooms are dated and the bar / cafe are closed which was frustrating given the location.
