I wanted to treat myself to a rest day on my Munich-Venice hike and was looking for a slightly cooler, more modern hotel. The Naturae was perfect for this. The staff are very friendly. The location in the centre of town is great. The hotel is very modern and stylishly furnished. The spa is small but very well maintained. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent – they even had craft beer. :-)

My room was right next to the street (on the same level). That meant it was sometimes very noisy. Every now and then, people would stand right outside the window behind which I slept, talking on the phone or smoking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The included breakfast was excellent—we especially enjoyed the fresh baked goods, yogurt parfait bar, and the eggs with speck. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had a great experience there as well. The hotel appears to be newly renovated, with modern touches throughout, including high-tech features like smart light switches and keyless door locks.

The only downside was the size—the hotel is very small. As a family of four traveling with a family of two, we were fortunate to be able to book two rooms that each accommodated three people. If it had been just the four of us, it wouldn’t have worked, as we would’ve needed to book an additional room for our two kids. That said, the modern renovations and thoughtful use of technology more than made up for the limited space.

Naturae Lodge Wellness & Spa in Alleghe is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – so warm, kind, and attentive. The village itself feels like pure paradise, tucked away in the mountains with a peaceful, almost storybook charm. Waking up to snow-covered peaks right outside our window was simply breathtaking. The views were incredible, and the atmosphere was so serene and rejuvenating. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! I’m already counting down the days until I can return in the spring or summer to see this beautiful place in a new light. Highly, highly recommend!

Design of the building and rooms were beyond perfect. We loved everything. Alleghe is such a beautiful place. There is parking place right in front of the hotel (high seasons it is paid parking but not expensive). Hotel is very clean. Our room view was a forest. In the reception there are two lovely people Martha and Rafael. They were so cheerful that they make our day nice. If we turn back to Alleghe we will definitely stay at this lovely designed awesome hotel

Great location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Nice hotel and nice rooms, looks to be newly refurbished. Amazing views and close to activities.

There is paid parking outside the hotel or round the corner, bit annoying you have to pay. Perhaps include a fan in the room as there is no air-conditioning (no problem there is no A/C). We had the window open as the top floor gets very warm but we were bitten by mosquitos.

We loved the service level, Rafael was really a great help. Ranging from information to securing a great take-away breakfast. All the staff members were helpful and kind.

The room was located on street level, so a bit noisy and people could look in. It was very nicely equipped though and great bathroom.

This is such a beautiful property, it has been recently renovated whilst in keeping with the traditional chalet features. We absolutely loved it here from the spa, the location, the room, breakfast and staff. Raphael on the desk was so kind and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Sport Europa Hotel owned by same people. So this review is in relation to that hotel as we got moved from this one to that one. But it was amazing!! Incredible views, right on the lake, friendly staff and huge bedrooms!! 10/10

Nothing we didn’t like!

Loved everything. Beautiful hotel with great helpful staff and excellent location. Breakfast was good and the spa was more than great after two days of hiking. Jacuzzi was super! Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean and big enough for two.

The extra charge for the spa. Considering we booked the hotel because of this feature. To be charged extra put us off using the facilities. Just include it in the price next time
