Location was very good for us, the hotel is a bit old fashioned.The staff was pleasant, but definetelly if we accept first room they have offered to us, it was not matching the expectations and pics offered by Booking at all! But they have changed the room to similar one what we have booked in advance. Honestly, I do not know why someone tries not to be open and deliver exacly what you have booked online. IT feels pity for the hotel, but we will never reccomend the place where we felt to be cheated.

Friendly staff. We came from hiking in Tre Cime, had to charge the EV and next day hike the Col de la Puina - and this was perfectly on the way for the night. We had room with mountainviewj which we can recommend. Room not new - bathroom a bit old, but clean and functioning. Great view from balcony. Good and varied breakfeast. Asked for possibility to buy sandwich for lunch, which was accepted, and we made a few and paid in reception. Super service, and this saved us time when hiking preparation. Cosy relaxing area with possibility to buy beer/soda.

Access to our room was easy and simple: key access was organised directly through whatsapp. The room was really well presented: my partner was especially impressed with the sheet and blankets being perfectly lined up together! This was bare-bones accommodation: no food, just a warm, dry, clean room with traditional chalet decor; a comfortable bed, complemented by a high-finish bathroom. Food and drink was more than adequately supplied by other local businesses: Restaurant Deny Pizza, ~500m up the road, is also highly recommended.

Great location near the town centre and the beauties of Val di Zoldo, amazing staff, and a very good breakfast! Free parking and gluten-free options for celiacs. The staff is very attentive and actively seeks feedback to improve. An amazing experience at a very good price.

The route by car from the mountains to the hotel is scary, but this has nothing to do with the greatness of the hotel.

Very nice, charming staff. Superb location, just a short stroll to the ski lift. Good food - both breakfast and dinners. Excellent family atmosphere. The hotel was just the right size - not too small and not too big - cozy. A pleasant room with a terrific view.

The spa was off service (temporarily). This disappointed us. We did get a free voucher to use a nearby professional facility, which was great, but for other occasions, if we wanted to avail of the opportunity, we would have had to pay an entry fee, albeit discounted.

The Hotel is very well maintained, clean and nicely located. We started from there to a 4-day-hike. The breakfast was very good and the reception really flexible. The staff was in general extremly nice - we were able to arrive late at night and were even allowed to park our car for free at their parking lot during our 4-day-hike. Thanks again!

Kettle and coffee machine in the room (not all places have a kettle in the room so this is a huge bonus), balcony with a view, comfy bed, amazing shower. Easy check in, good communication via WhatsApp, besides the cleaner in the morning we didn't have any issue with no staff in the building. For the price, low season discount, it was excellent.

No bin in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel location, beautiful place, top Service, helping and gentle personnel, clean, cosy and classy! Recommended for A class accommodation.

It would be perfect if there was a lan connection in my room. Never the less WiFi connection was fair enough. Not a big deal though.

The hotel is clean, well kept and has a bit of an old-school charm. There are plenty of parking spots in front and overall it's perfectly located to explore the nearby mountains. The staff was very friendly in proactive to ensure our stay was nice and smooth.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with the room tastefully done. Bathroom was clean with a great shower. Since it is an older building, there was no elevator which becomes difficult to navigate with luggage. Cafe/bar had very limited options for the evening. Breakfast, however, was amazing with loads of options. Staff was good.
