Very good hotel for skiers. The ski lift is right opposite the hotel. The ski room is comfortable with heated boots. After skiing we warm up in the sauna and enjoy the pool with massage jets, everything for relaxation. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Breakfasts are traditional for this class of hotel, we had everything we needed, especially the delicious cappuccino before skiing! Dinner exceeded all expectations! Very tasty food, respect to the chef! We would gladly come again.

For me there was only one downside - the ski area is not very big, but the hotel has nothing to do with it.

We loved everything about this place including the location which was in a perfect spot opposite a ski lift which gave us the most incredible views we’ve ever seen. All staff were extremely helpful and lovely especially the young lady in the restaurant who served us the whole time. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We loved everything about it the only thing I’d say is if you prefer a busier village this might not be for you but we loved it, it had everything we needed.

Great hotel! If you have the chance, go for the half-board option — the restaurant serves amazing food, just like in a fine dining place. We loved everything: the newly renovated rooms, the overall atmosphere, and the quality of service. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

The spa is quite small, so it would be even better if access were limited by number of guests, perhaps with a booking system and control

Very good, and varied breakfast: sausages, cheeses, omelette and fried bacon, boiled eggs, delicious tarts, croissants, cakes, fresh fruits. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly; prompt service. Very clean evrywhere. Comfortable beds. The property also has an elevator, so it is easy to go up with luggage. If needed, there are supermarkets nearby (a car is needed). Dinner - with dishes of your choice, made with a lot of work. But, without being a complaint, I would suggest more classic dishes from the very tasty Italian cuisine or international cuisine, which I think would be appreciated by many people. And I think maybe a soup would be appreciated too, especially for those returning from skiing.

A traditional hotel but seemed very newly refurbished/built. Gorgeous location in a beautiful village with incredible views. Great facilities, wellness area, cosy bar, great restaurant - we chose to eat in every evening as it was so lovely and great value. Spacious room, comfy beds. Perfect!

The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was great, also the spa and massage was amazing. The location is really nice near the slopes . We were there on a cycling vacation and was surprised how good the Civetta e bike rides are organized.Amazing.

The check in would have to be sooner. The 16h o’clock is a little bit late , so it was a day waisted because we were there on a cycling vacation and would needed a room to change .

Grt hotel in quiet location. Motorbike friendly . Car park at hotel. Good room with nice balcony and good views. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. We had half board option which was a good value option . Evening meal and breakfast were both very good. Good location to ride through the Dolomites.

place is marvellous, returned after COVID PERIOD they have improved several areas including wellness. Staff is super friendly and very professional, chef is exquisite - we tasted so many interesting flavours.

A bit smaller wellness that lead to few uncomfortable moments- staff tried to resolve everything asap. We had smaller room however the balcony compensated for it. View from the heaven🫶🏻
