The room was really great! Nice wood, fireplace - perfect! Daniela is amazing administrator - she managed to fulfill all our wishes.

Shower water was terrible - a few seconds very hot then a few seconds cold. And this happens all the time. Also wifi is almost impossible to use: sometimes slow, sometimes doesn't work at all. Double beds are a little too small.

The Hotel is very clean and well equipped. Staff are very friendly. We arrived at almost 10pm of the night. But Dauiela managed to help our family out. She is really amazing. And there is even a Tesla destination charger at the hotel. Restaurant and supermarket is about 100m away. Definite a place I will visit again.

It's a bit difficult to find the hotel at first time. Don't trust any Navigation (Google map etc). Just drive the Arabba town, find the Church and turn right. It is about 100m from there.

The receptionist is very helpful. The location is excellent to hike. I received many bonuses: voucher to restaurant, free wellness, free sweet for children every day and liquor like a gift. In additional they have the laundry room with dryers for free, too. I love this residence.

Exceptional apartment with all facilities you could possibly want, including dressing gowns and slippers. Included complimentary hot drinks and snacks in common area. Beds and pillows where super comfortable. Location was excellent, in close proximity to lifts and cable cars, local hikes and MTB trails. Fantastic host / reception staff. Highly recommend.

Shower was on the small side.

Location right next to Berz lift was excellent. Not quite ski out but could ski in.

The indoor jacuzzi could have been a little hotter. The massage chairs are interesting! Not sure that they are really worthwhile. Would be better to have an indoor pool.

The accomodation was great from all points of view. Everything was organized, clean, prepared for outstanding holiday. The lady in the reception was extremely nice, we had a little chat every time we went by. We also liked the dinner that was organized by the accomodation and the way of transportation to it.

I highly recommend! Great hotel right on the slope with ski-to-door and ski room. Rooms clean and nice. Very friendly hotel staff. A bottle of prosecco and a view of the slope and mountains were waiting for us in the room. We used the spa almost every day - thanks to the fact that there are only a few apartments in the hotel, the spa is not crowded and it is quiet which was a big plus for us.

My bedroom and bathroom windows face the walkway leading to the ski storage area.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with beautiful view of the village and mountains. Great location - ski to door access. Additionally, guests could enjoy daily wellness amenities (restricted to those aged 12 and less).

Residence Aspen is a great place to stay in the mountains. Well located for the shops and bars (The espar supermarket is just a few moments away and they are very friendly) The apartment itself is beautiful with comfy beds and great bathroom and kitchenette that has all you need. Quite a few things are supplied, even coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. The only thing you might want to bring is maybe salt, pepper and sugar. There is also a free coffee machine in the communal lounge along with other goodies for your delectation. Downstairs is a great spa with inside and outside jacuzzis as well as a sauna, steam room and several massage chairs. Hot lemon tea on tap and nice calming music playing everywhere. It's not normally my thing but I spent a few hours down there and loved it. There is a lift and laundry facilities available and everything is spotlessly clean. We didn't need for anything really but I'm sure the nice lady on reception would be able to help with whatever. She even gave us a gift when we checked out. Very thoughtful indeed and just topped off a lovely stay. Thanks 🙂

The instructions for residents in the apartment booklet are a bit scarey. Quite a lot of rules and regs that are in effect perfectly reasonable but I think if I had read that before I booked it might have scared me off a bit. Nothing to worry about if you are a considerate person though.
