The breakfast was fantastic, the waitress helping out with breakfast was great, and my check-in guy was really good. I had a bit of a tough time finding the front door, but my issue, not theirs (perhaps a sign on the first door you come to could help). The bedroom was spacious and served my needs and while the cheapest for the weekend, it was by no means cheap. The wifi was pretty bad and kept dropping. The shower had one issue and it was that the shower head had a huge leak that would spray all over the room. I took a look at it and they really just need a new shower head (5 Euro), and some plumbers tape to make it not spray all over. They looked like they knew it was an issue as they had a squeegee in the room. The towels were scratchy and the bedspread was quite dated, but I expected that when I booked it for the cheapest price in town. I did ask what the price would be for an extra night and was quoted more for a Monday night after the World Cup races than I'd paid for the Saturday and Sunday. Sounds like the owner was just trying to make some extra money on this, but I had to turn it down. Found a place in Cortina proper that was cheaper. Lastly, the buses out to the town from Cortina are intermittent and run infrequently. I think the last one was before 8 pm and the time changed every night. It would sometimes go over an hour between buses so you really needed to be on the schedule.

We liked our room, spacious, nice views Joseph the receptionist is absolutely amazing, very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Navigating to the backyard parking was a bit tricky. A visible sign on the gate would help.

The room was ok ok, it can be little more spacious, even though i booked twin bed, but they gave me single bed, that is sad to say.

The room feel congested, after all i came here not to spend whole time in appartment, so it is fine. But if it is spacious, it would be far better

friendly and helpful staff, great location, close to great restaurants and shops, amazing surrounding area and views of mountains, close to Cortina, but more quiet, relaxing and not so busy. we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is simple but I am used to it. The room was little cold.

There is no italian spirit in the hotel, not as cosy and welcoming as all the other places we were in the region.
