The ParkHotel Ladinia is a wonderful hotel with lovely and attentive service. The breakfast is very complete offering anything one could want to begin the day. Dinners are also very good, every course is delicious. This is a very, very well run hotel where details and crisp attention matter. It's also very calming and beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the spa/pool with the indoor-outdoor design. I had a car rental issue that was very frustrating and protracted. Each person who assisted me at the front desk was kind, professional and skilled, enabling me to resolve the problem. I chose to stay in San Vito di Cardore rather than Cortina d'Ampezzo because I wanted a more calm atmosphere. It's an easy short drive to Cortina if you want to do shopping, evening events or enter the fray of many people. I treasured the calm and quiet of this hotel. And the views are spectacular.

Good location, convenient if you want to reach the main attractions in the area. The rooms were comfortable however the common areas could use an update. The gym is great but the indoor pool is so heavily chlorinated the smell is overpowering! The garden and outdoor area is lively. Staff is very friendly and the lady at the reception was knowledgeable.

If you are EMF sensitive know that there is an antenna, 5G , directly above the hotel. It should be visible in one of the pictures but it’s not. Many people cannot handle this !

It was awesome! We stayed in a 2 bed apartment, it had everything we needed in it, The kitchen was well equipped and the all the rooms super spacious. The balcony had amazing views of course, perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee! The staff were super helpful, and friendly, and we loved the sauna every evening! The dinner at the hotel was exceptional too!

Nothing big really as everything was exceptional but separate bins for recycling would be nice please! We were asked to recycle all our rubbish at the end of our stay but we only had 1 tiny bin to put everything in during the week so naturally that made it a bit hard, and unfeasible.

Clean, charming and staff very helpful. Beautiful common areas and wellness areas with big comfortable double sofa-beds and view of Monte Pelmo through the floor-to-ceiling glazing, great view from the room also and beautiful to wake up to.

Pool in the wellness area was smaller than in the photos but there was a much bigger older pool area in the older building of the resort which was also heated, very quiet as not sure many people knew about this. Would expect the pool in the wellness area to be a bit bigger with the amount of adult guests there. Food options for the evening meals were not particularly wide-ranging so we ate in Cortina daily which was fine.

Fantastic location in a perfect little town that has everything. Our second time in one of the apartments at the hotel. Easy access to Cortina and walks in the Dolomites and free loan of mountainbikes at the hotel. The hotel has developed the spa area, with a new outdoor pool and relaxation area, in addition to a reasonably sized indoor pool. All in all a very relaxing place to stay.

The beds and pillows are above average hard!

Everything was perfect! The hotel absolutely lovely, combination of traditional with modern, but very nice style. Great facilities and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend. Location very good as well and the view gorgeous!

We had double room with 2 separate beds close together rather than a queen bed and that created us a bit of a discomfort, but otherwise they are trying their best to make your stay excellent.

Extraordinary view from the terrace annd very good spa and pool. Dinner is very nice as well and children playroom is also very nice to have if you're travelling with kids. Drive to Cortina takes some 20minutes and they have a ski bus to nearest lifts in San Vito di Cadore.

Some additional options to eat during the day (after breakfast but before 4pm) would be nice

The waiters were very helpful, the staff was very prompt and polite. The owners were extremly polite and nice, jacuzzi pool outside was fabulous.

Brakfast was nice, still for italian cuisine a little plain.

Friendly, efficient staff who really took pride in their work. Fantastic location and facilities. Very clean. Family friendly. Couldn’t fault it. Hope to return!

Family run hotel with pleasant staff. Duplex room was very generous. Ski area behind the hotel is a little gem (we were lucky it snowed the night before). Slopes are good for families and advancing skiers.

If skiing, you will need a car. There is free parking by the ski lifts ! Hotel SPA was busy. A lot of food choice in the area, so I guess there is room for improvement.
