This spa resort is fabulous! The accomodations were lovely. Breakfast was plentiful with an array of buffet style options. The location was excellent. A lovely 1.3 mile walk into town via a path (an old railroad that was converted into a walkway) that went along the valley and above the town. The staff was exceptional. Shout out to Canio at concierge, Valentina and Fabrizio at the restaurant and everyone at the front desk. And then there was the wellness spa...so well done, never felt crowded, several different saunas, cold plunge, pool and a Finnish sauna with a big picture window looking out at the valley. Rooms were good size, so quiet you never heard anything outside with lovely balconies facing the valley or patios. The resort is extremely upscale but chill enough to walk around (and encouraged by staff) in provided robes from room to the spa. Free parking was nice with a valet if needed. This resort went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and memorable, we really didn't want to leave. Thank You Rosapetra, hope to back one day!

This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service worthy of a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Giovanni, the Concierge, service was invaluable. He arranged for a private guide to take us to Tre Cime and made many wonderful recommendations on hikes and restaurants in town. Dispute the fact that we had a car, we took the complementary shuttle into town. They were always very prompt to pick us up. All the little extras, like turn down service, were appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property and wonderful team. Good location, great spa.

Room is on the small side, though sufficient. Child policy - kids screaming and running on the corridor outside our room early in the morning. Even though it is not the hotel’s fault, the caretakers could be reminded of etiquette.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a shuttle from its location on the quieter periphery of the city into the center, which was very helpful. The design of the hotel is aestheically very appealing. We were given a room with a large balcony with a lovely view of the hillside behind the hotel.

The room itself was very small, and did not have comfortable seating. The breakfast was well presented, but not extensive. Considering the high cost of the stay, I cannot say that we received good value for money.

Incredible staff, great view. The food was incredible. We stayed for our honeymoon and were immediately welcomed by warm staff, and a personal note with a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. The view from our room was perfect, the spa was amazing, the staff recognized us every time we interacted and made us feel special the entire visit. We had an incredible stay - I wish we could have stayed longer! We will certainly be back here in the future.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and efficient. We were given an upgrade to a room with a large balcony and incredible view. A special thank you to Giovanni who helped us check in, to Andrea who was so gracious to us in the dining room and especially to Fabri who took so much time helping us figure out hiking trails and sights. We didn’t realize it was so far out of town. it took us about 45 minutes to walk into town on a pleasant pathway but it would have been fairly dark walking back after dinner. They did offer a shuttle to and from but we felt the location limited our eating options. However, the beauty surrounding the hotel made up for any inconvenience.

Staff were helpful and friendly, spa very nice, rooms not large but very tastefully decorated. Shuttle bus into Cortina was very useful - essential

Breakfast wasn't always ready at 7am when it should have started. Coffee was surprisingly poor, given that it is Italy and there was not always plain yoghurt for breakfast.

Beautiful property, with gorgeous views of the mountains. A little bit outside of Cortina but not too far. Gorgeous design and luxurious rooms. The spa was amazing and we really enjoyed the amenities.

Nothing really, but a small thing — it happened to be unseasonably hot when we visited and there is no AC in the rooms. Staff offered to send a fan but we simply sat outside on our balcony for a while which was an unexpected pleasure in the evenings!

Everything! All staff members were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Room is beautiful (and you can’t beat the view of the Tofane mountains from your balcony), SPA is great and breakfast is superb. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

For this level of hotel/service there shouldnt be extra charge for simple eggs/pancakes for breakfast...
