The staff were all very helpful. We were grateful they spoke English, and were so eager to help us. Another feature we loved is: we were able to order box lunches if we were going to go out hiking before the breakfast service started. You can also pay an extra fee to order a sack lunch, which we did a few days. It was so helpful. We also had plenty of space in our suite, which accommodated four of us. It was wonderful being just outside Cortina where it was quieter. It was a wonderful stay for our family!

There was no Air Conditioning. I think this is common for many hotels in the area. It was mostly fine with the windows open, but there are times we wished for A/C after a long hike.

The rooms, while older, were impeccably clean and spacious. Service was wonderful. Breakfast amazing and take away lunch for our hikes was much appreciated. Happy hour was a wonderful time to visit with other guests. They have transportation into Cortina, which is also convenient.

We did need a car to go hiking and to explore, but that was to be expected and not against the property. The property is well situated right outside Cortina and peaceful not close by. The property is older but so clean you hardly notice.

The hotel offers perfect location with wonderful views, nice area around with the garden to have a rest, quiet neighborhood, and free shuttle bus to Cortina. The bike/walking path is just 300-400 m from the hotel, which is very convenient for exploring the area. The huge advantage is wonderful staff who were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Also, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning. Our son had a fun in the swimming pool every day and in kid zone with a very friendly animator. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and hospitable place to stay.

Lovely traditional hotel, all the staff were really friendly and we were given a free room upgrade with our toddler. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great playground and kids club available with baby dinner. Pool and sauna also perfect for afternoon relaxing.

Quite expensive given that it is still a 10 minute drive out of town. But guess that is typical of the Dolomites. Very small bar fridge in room with small/old kettle which leaked a little and very small teacups!

Fanastic views of the mountains from the outside area and balcony. Lovely grounds at the front of the hotel and a good pool and outdoor hot tub. Also excellent lunch and breakfast with big portions! We also got a free upgrade to a family room on two floors which was a nice treat. The staff were very helpful and professional, if not a little traditional!

Nothing to dislike, it just felt a little traditional and dated at times with an older clientele and a traditional atmosphere.

The so-called ’non-stop’ shuttle hotel refers to was definitely not ’non-stop’, but subject to pre-booking and had limited availability. This given the location of hotel was not optimal. Also, a bity pricey establishment for its location, could find similar deals in the center of Cortina w/o need for taxi or the ’non-stop’ shuttle

The breakfasts were really great. The food was excellent! The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and very gracious. We enjoyed our stay in the lovely rustic but elegant hotel. It turned out to be wonderful to be out of the hustle and bustle of Cortina, especially because they are already preparing for the 2026 winter olympic games. So, there is a lot of construction. The hotel offered a shuttle service into town, because we didn't have a car. This service was readily available and prompt at picking us up. I highly recommend the Hotel Mirage!!

I love this hotel. Huge rooms, comfortable beds - we always sleep so well there. Great outside area with fantastic area for children: trampoline, table football, table tennis, giant connect4, etc etc. Free private sauna / jacuzzi that you can book to be exclusive. The outside bar area has fantastic views of the mountains and often has peaceful live music in the background (piano singer).

The decor is old fashioned so if you don’t like pink shower tiles this may not be the hotel for you, but actually I find it charming and it’s nice that good quality tiles aren’t replaced just because the style isn’t up to the minute. Would have appreciated longer pool opening hours.

The Staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager in particular helped us immensely with issues we had with our vehicle. The driver of the courtesy bus was also very friendly and helpful.

The evening meal menu didn't particularly appeal to us, and the requirement to wear long trousers is rather outdated. I would have liked the pool to be open early in the morning.

Classic hotel in a serene and picturesque area outside of Cortina dÁmpezzo. The level of service feels like the good old days. The children's playground was a bonus and much appreciated by my kids. The breakfast was great. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and professional. The family room we booked was spacious and comfortable.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room and breakfast isn't until 7:30. I would have liked to have had coffee on my balcony while enjoying the view in the early morning. Also the wifi was weak in our room.
