Near bus station, room spacious

Ski locker room not in hotel & no boots warmer, no pool nor sauna

Great location around the center of cortina and the lady at the front desk was super nice. We got a great deal as our room was a lot nicer than expected with a pretty decent view. Also the breakfast was pretty good!

If you’re budgeting, just call your own taxis or figure out public transportation yourself because they were not too knowledgeable about it and they tend to call the more expensive taxis for you

The staff is very attentive and friendly, the breakfast options are rich, the rooms are very clean and large, very comfortable to place all ski equipment. The location is very good close to ski rental and bus station.

In the breakfast, the Americano and the hot water in the thermos are always cold. The rooms are very louche and there is no make-up mirror in the bathroom. They should redesign the lighting of the rooms to be brighter and definitely install a lighted make-up mirror.

Friendly staff. They accommodated us where they could, with an early check-in and storing our luggage bags at no additional cost between visits to Cortina. If you are hiking for a few days in between stays - then this hotel is great!

The room was a bit outdated but this is really not an issue since it is clean, and neat and the location is great.

Great location, central in the village, but bare in mind the whole town is undergoing re-development for upcoming Winter Olympics 2026, and so the is a ‚building site’ outside. Personally it didn’t bother us.

A bit dated, no kettle in the room

The staff went above and beyond to help us adapt to complications caused by our airline carrier disruption and they waived multiple nights booked, something that they were not required to do. Also, the staff engaged in conversations with us and took a sincere interest in our holiday adventure. Finally, the view of the mountains was impressive.

This hotel is in the center of Cortina and is ideal for walking to restaurants, shops and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just OK but was a little slight for the price of these rooms. Adequate counter space in the bathroom but the shower was a little small.

The room has a separate sitting area with a couch, table with four chairs and the TV is in this room. It is very odd that the TV cannot be viewed when laying in the bed which is ridiculous for any hotel room. I had to pull the TV cabinet away from the wall and turn it toward the bed to even get a partial view of the screen. This is a very poor design. The parking at the hotel deck is $40 euro / day but there is a lot at the bus station about 5 minutes walk and is about $7 euro / day.

Excellent location, very spacious room and very comfortable bed. The decoration is a little old fashion and needs some replacement.

Construction galore in Cortina due to the upcoming Olympics - front entrance mostly blocked off. Nothing the hotel can do about it but it does impact the stay

Everything was nice. Fur iture bit outdated but e erything is exceptionally clean. Guy at reception very nice and welcoming. Also all the staff at breakfast very nice. Good breakfast with many options.
