The breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality. The ski shuttle was a nice service.

Unfortunately the seating in the front by the windows facing the street, meant you were invisible to the staff. It is not a five star experience when a guest needs to get up too seek staff attention for a coffee refill. The same inattentive staff tried to guilt me into giving them an additional tip at check out. No. Some of the room automation was difficult to operate. Specifically the automatic curtains. The majority of our one week stay they were capricious and awkward. The small spa size meant that you are limited in the time that you can enjoy the spa facilities.

Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our every need. Checking us in and showing us to our room, at breakfast and evening dining and generally in and around the hotel, the staff were always welcoming and friendly. This also included sharing information for the local area including places to eat and drink. We dined at the hotel just the one evening and it really was fine dining and very enjoyable. The portions were also much larger than you would usually expect when fine dining. And the cocktails were strong! And good! Our 1 hour free spa experience was also very relaxing and enjoyable with full private access to the rooftop facilities. The bedroom was a great size with a complimentary bottle of red and chocolates upon arrival, and the fridge was always topped up with chilled drinks. Also complimentary and included. We especially enjoyed our little treats deliver to our room each day. A saucer of chocolates, a wrapped up sandwich and even a huge Easter egg! Overall we were made to feel very special throughout our stay.

Maybe a personal preference rather than a negative point, the bedroom was rather warm of an evening with the only option to open the window. This was absolutely fine by us.

We liked virtually everything, only improvements we can think of would be to reduce the quantity of pre-breakfast cakes/ breads/ meats on offer, we left most of it to make room for the breakfast we ordered off the menu, we felt it was bit wasteful. And lastly, with no air-con in the rooms, it can get quite warm / stuffy in the night and we had to leave balcony door open to cool the room down, perhaps the centrally controlled temperature, could be dropped more at nighttime or perhaps introduce vents on the outside doors/ windows?

The staff at this property really stood out for me. They were INCREDIBLY helpful. The restaurant at the property was delish as well. I would gladly stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. The location is incredible. You really can't get better for the location.

We had a car and had to pay 50 euro enough for the valet service. I believe it's 25 euro if you're parking yourself but the parking lot is 400 meters away from the property. I do believe the parking should be included in the rate.

Oh my - there's nothing not to like at this hotel. Loved the entire friendly staff, appreciated they could speak English, the breakfast was incredible (their baked goods - WOW), the rooms were uniquely decorated, enjoyed the spa on the 6th floor, and it's a great location to explore the town. We most appreciated how kind and helpful the staff was to help us navigate our hike locations in the Dolomites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

We had dinner at the hotel one evening and felt the food was good, but not great. Service was excellent. Just felt the price of the dinner didn't meet the expectations of the food.

Spa, breakfast and concierge staff was amazing. Connected via WhatsApp you can ask anything! They are like friends hosting you, making recommendations and reservations on your behalf! Personal touch is put into everything. When they found out my husband doesn’t eat raw spinach, they cooked it just for him!

Just note that there isn’t air con, so ask for a fan, air ventaliation was great so with a fan it’s more than enough even in summer- august

I was traveling on a vacation with my family and had a ton of questions before arriving for the hotel staff, how to book excursions?, could we check in early?, could they help prepare a special dinner for a birthday?, etc. They went above and beyond to answer each and every question and were also so accommodating in person. The hotel itself is recently redone and it is GORGEOUS - the rooms are spacious and the spa is just WOW... do yourself a favor and definitely book time to enjoy relaxing in there. I also appreciated their intention to remain as sustainable as possible. Also, there breakfast, which is included, is AMAZING. The hotel is also centrally located right in the downtown so you have easy access to everything and everything is walkable.

Hotel de Len was absolutely a gorgeous hotel with a gorgeous and roomy room. It was equipped with beautiful towels and robes and slippsers, bottled water and goodies, and just top notch. As well we received a free visit to spa and enjoyed a stunning hot tub looking over Dolomites. We will come back to Hotel de Len. The location was perfect too. A two minute walk to main street.

Everything was perfect.

Room was comfortable with many amenities, including complimentary drinks and food placed in the room daily. The staff went out of the way to accommodate us and offered fantastic service. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The hotel was next to an alley with a significant amount of yelling and noise late at night between midnight and 4am.

Location is great in the middle of the city. Parking is a little far but not an issue. The staf did great effort to make us feel comfortable. The room is nice and specious.

The room DOES NOT have aircondition, althogh in the booking site of the hotel it says it does, Room tempertaure was high(above 25) and we copuld not keep the window open at night beaciuse of loud noise from the street. The staff gave us a fan that worked fine and "saved" our nights.
