The location and accommodation was perfect. Appreciated the easy free parking.

I really liked this property. It would have been nice to have coffee available at the room in the morning. It was a far walk to find coffee in the morning, especially in the fall season when many coffee places were closed.

Small hotel located near center of Cortina d'Ampezzo about a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Rated high due to cleanliness of the room, Giovanni (manager) and Rosana who are incredibly helpful and nice, and because we felt that it was a good value for Cortina. Room 6 is a nice size, both the bedroom and bathroom, with a comfortable bed. Free on-site parking for 7 cars is available. Rosana kept our room immaculately clean during our stay.

The furniture and bathroom are a bit dated but we enjoyed our stay and would return. The parking can be tight for American drivers.

The cleaning lady is an absolute treasure, her advice about public transport helped me save about €100! She’s such a lovely, caring person and she did an excellent job with the hotel, it was spotless! Really great location, the rest of the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the decor, very authentic. Superb view of the mountains from the little front garden, I got to watch the sun set behind Cima Tofana.

Loved the fresh strawberries and tomatoes for breakfast, there was also other fruit but I wish there was more fresh vegetables and also a variety of meats. It was still a very good breakfast!

Flight was canceled day before stay, they accommodated us and extended our stay by 1 night! Super nice and highly recommended staying here if in the cortina area. 10/10

Laura and Sergio were fabulous hosts. As a solo traveler, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The ski bus stop is about a 5 min walk and there is a cable car near that stop that goes up to a whole section of the resort. The main bus into town leaves from about 10 -15 mins walk away. The guest house and rooms are clean and comfortable. European breakfast is available. I would love to return.

nicely run family bed and breakfast. Nice simple breakfast, and had a nice single bed room with all I needed for relaxing after a long day of hikes

wifi had its ups and downs. told manager may need to increase broadband connection to allow remote working.

It was a great location to shopping and outdoor excursions without being noisy. Rosanna was amazing!

There was a mix up about breakfast. I thought it was included with my stay and when I went to get it, I was told I did not have it included and they were going to charge me 10€ more. Not a bed and breakfast! I’m not blaming, just calling attention to it. The regular person was ill so there was a fill in guy working in his place.

Hotel Oasis is a lovely hotel, close to the Falloria cable car, and just a short walk to the center of Cortina. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms were very clean and we loved the balcony with views of the mountains. When we arrived, ski season was winding down and there was no breakfast, but the dining room looked very cozy. There were options in the morning just a minute or two walk, so it was fine. Another big plus was the parking on site. Would definitely return!

Could have used a refrigerator because we were hiking. No balcony, but that was due to room size, which was a little small, but Giovanni had a great smoking balcony I could use. Room was very close to the check-in desk, but that was fine. Overall fantastic experience!

The location was great, with parking. Just next to the city centre and all the restaurants and only 30 mins away from Tri Ceme hike. The hospitality was perfect, the owner was charming, helpful and very courteous, he is the perfect example of how a host should be. The helper Rozana was also very sweet. Absolutely will recommend this place.

Nothing really, we felt the bath was a little small. Everything else was perfect.
