The breakfast was fantastic and the upgrades to the dining space are nice. The staff was very hit and missd but we had a fantastic server for both breakfast and the one dinner we did. I think his name was Mohammed and he spoke so many languages! He was very hard working and friendly with the guests. I also liked the soaps in the bathroom and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

The rooms were quite cramped and we are tall so it was easy to hit or heads! It was pretty necessary to unpack as our suitcases were not very accessible. I would have also liked a chair or a table on the patio so we could take in the view.

I booked this hotel last minute in August when rooms in the Dolomites were incredibly scarce. While the price was high compared to a standard room elsewhere, it was actually a great value for the area, especially given the circumstances. My room was very compact, but surprisingly quiet despite being next to the street, and its central location was perfect. I was in the heart of town within just a few minutes' walk. I also really enjoyed the complimentary sauna and relaxation area. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the friendly staff were very helpful, even giving me great recommendations for dinner.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the sauna and relaxation area show a little bit of their age.

Amazing hotel. We used this as a base for some hiking. Starting with the breakfast, this was as amazing a hotel breakfast as you can get, selection of savoury goods with all the continental options. The wellness centre was exceptional, you book in 1 hour slots, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi and power shower helped ease any post hike aches. The restaurant was super also, we went off season so restaurant options in cortina were limited. This was not an issue as the menu variety and quality of food from the restaurant was exceptional. The room itself was incredibly cosy, cold up in the area at this time of year but the room was well equipped and heating brilliant.

The staff were very warm and friendly, helpful for directions. The breakfast was large and wonderful each morning. We really enjoyed the hot tub , cold plunge and saunas, we were there during low season so it wasn't very crowded. There was a bus across the street for guests to some ski areas ( Tofane Socrepes and the Faloria funicular) the car parking was great, right outside the hotel entrance. The main shopping area was easily within walking distance.

The rooms were quite small, but that's normal in Europe. I can't say anything else negative about this place!

Incredibly helpful staff. Told them I'd be up and out before breakfast the next day and they prepared a breakfast bag for me ahead of time. Also directed me to the nearest market and checked closing times for me. The location at the edge of town made it very easy to get going to the major sites. Also was made it easy to get back after a long day's hike.

Location was excellent end to our hiking adventure; super close to central bus station; spa was lovely and clean; room was super clean and comfy beds; lovely bar/lounge area where we had a late lunch when we arrived and then complementary drinks before dinner; beautiful views; dining room was a beautiful setting and also quite spacious, incredible breakfast!

Dinner service was slow and the MD seemed a little frantic/not particularly nice to his staff - however the wait staff were very pleasant. Could have just been an off day for the MD. Still a beautiful dinner regardless.

The hotel is a great location just north of the main walking section of Cortina. Hotel had a significant amount of free car parking that is a great features. A car is necessary to see many of the key landmarks in the areas surrounding Cortina. The breakfast, which is included in the rate. is very good.

The bathroom is small and the shower situation with a small glass area instead of fully enclosed caused a lot of water to get onto the bathroom floor.

We loved the gorgeous views of the mountains from our spacious balcony. We had a lovely room that was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and a good size. The hotel bar, restaurant and other common areas were really beautiful as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding. So many choices and the coffee was top notch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Cortina and close to so many landmarks and beautiful hikes. We loved our stay there.

Absolutely nothing. We loved everything.

We booked a family room that was actually two rooms at the end of the hallway that were connected by a common room where we could store all of our ski gear and luggage. My kids are 18 and 15 so this was perfect. They each had their own twin beds (that were not directly next to each other) and their own full bathroom. Our room was very big with a queen sized bed, small sofa and a large round table that easily fit all of us around it. Both our room and the common room had balconies with gorgeous views of the Dolomites. Breakfast was also really good and we had the same table reserved for us each day which was great because we never had to search around for a table.

The sauna and spa were $10 per person but were not private to ourselves so we believe it should have been included in the price of the room.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful. The room offered awesome views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of options. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

The room felt a bit small for us since we were on a long trip and had a lot of luggage.
