We had a wonderful stay at Barisetti Sport Hotel. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a group visit. We especially appreciated having the kitchenette to cook our own meals, which made our stay feel even more convenient and home-like. The location was excellent—not only close to shops and amenities, but also very convenient for our hikes in the Dolomites. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and offer guidance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flexible, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in the area.

If there is one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could offer a bit more variety.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Location was great, completely surrounded by mountains so great views wherever you look. There is a bus station across the road (at the training centre) and there is a great cable car ride a 2 minute walk. We rented a car, there is plenty of parking opposite the hotel (this is not guaranteed, but we found a space every time we needed one), you can buy guaranteed parking for €10 a day, but wasn’t necessary for us (middle of June). The town was less than a 10 minute walk away

The place is a little bit aged, but it suited the Dolomites. I wouldn’t say I don’t like it, but someone more fussy may not like it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barisetti! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do—and the amenities were top-notch. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Alice at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Alice went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her local recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems were spot on and made a huge difference in our trip. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making our stay the best it could be. Our group has traveled to over 50 countries and stayed in countless hotels, and we all agreed that Alice is hands-down the best hotel staff member we’ve ever encountered. She’s a true asset to the Barisetti team, and we can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend this hotel—and be sure to say hi to Alice when you check in!

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The place is clean and well-maintained with breathtaking views. The staff was incredible and helped me with everything I needed. I especially want to thank the receptionist who went above and beyond when I forgot my wallet on the bus that dropped me off at the hotel. He contacted the bus company, and thanks to him, I got my wallet back. The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the restaurant is both delicious and convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. Thank you♥️🙏🏾

A spacious room with plenty of storage space. A spacios bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Fabulous view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was excellent. A comfortable residents' lounge. We also used the sauna for a small extra charge. Friendly stall with whom we had interesting conversations. Excellent location: a short walk into the town, but also handy for buses and walks..

The staff was great, the property was in excellent condition, the room and bed were comfortable, the balcony was large and overlooked the mountains, the the meals were excellent, the location was convenient to the city center (easy 15 min walk), and parking across the small river near the hotel was abundant and free. Special thanks to staff member Alice who was very friendly, helpful, and fun and gave excellent recommendations on hikes, activities, and other things to do in the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great stay at Barisetti Sport Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and we loved the large balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was good but the food was the same both mornings. Parking does cost extra but it is very close and convenient.

There is construction close to the hotel and all around Cortina in the summer- so keep the noise impact and traffic in mind when staying in Cortina.

A perfect location in Cortina, nestled in a very peaceful spot and just a short walk from numerous restaurants and shops. There are tables and sunloungers outside where you can have a drink and unwind which was lovely. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the local area, giving us detailed descriptions of where to hike and eat. The room was very pleasant, with two windows with beautiful views and blackout shutters. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind about providing soya milk instead of cows milk. Parking is available for 10 euro per day but we were also told by a member of staff that it was free just across the bridge, which is visible from the hotel - literally like 1 minute walk.

Just a small thing: the bed had only one pillow each - it would definitely be more comfortable with two each for when you are reading or chilling, but perhaps this is something we should have asked for as I’m sure they would have given us extra.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is walking distance from the main cable car. The breakfast buffet is also very good and the coffee they make is superbe.

During breakfast there is quite a lot of policing by the staff as to who sits where. Not sure if that’s needed.

Staff were super friendly, always saying hello and making sure that we felt comfortable. It was a lovely surprise that they had put a bed and food dish out for our little dog. Breakfast was great, with many choices and table service for coffee.

The location is somewhat away from the main restaraunt and shopping area - not a problem usually because Cortina is small, but it felt much farther because it was quite rainy during our stay.
