The hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly especially the man who served us at breakfast although he could not speak English he was so cheerful and friendly The location was great as there is quite a lot of construction going on in Cortina at the moment and it was quieter a bit out of town Only a 10 minute walk into town The views from the hotel are beautiful

There were dogs in the hotel which I understand and we love dogs but please not in the dining room We may have been unlucky as we had quite a few at the time we were there so be aware

So beautiful and traditional. The staff upgraded our room which we didn’t expect it was a really nice surprise! The breakfast had such a large variety and selection. Had their own driver service which was so easy to use and the driver was so lovely and kind! Was also able to store luggage for the day! Front desk staff were very knowledgeable on hikes and recommendations.

some of the staff were hard to communicate with, not a big deal but just a heads up. The shower made the bathroom very wet.

Great staff and location. Staff was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Resturant on property was exceptional. Both the breakfast (included) and the dinner were delightful. Again, the restaurant staff couldn’t have been kinder or mor accommodating. Thank you to all the staff.

Very noisy plumbing. When adjacent room flushed toilet it was very loud. Not good in the middle of the night. Also, hotel did have a couple of tour bus groups stay during our three night stay. Last night we were woken multiple times after 1100 pm by a group of ladies in the next room speaking very very loudly. I finally notified staff around 1 am and to their credit they got noise to stop.

Hotel was beautiful, just on the outskirts of the town Breakfast was superb and we were able to eat it outside Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly

On our last morning an older waiter was extremely rude to a young British girl who was nothing but polite to him The girl was probably the age of my daughter and I certainly would not like her to be spoken to like this I would certainly give the remaining staff full stars for their professionalism

Charming boutique villa that was near to the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo with great views of the surrounding mountains. They have an on site restaurant that served good food and inclusive breakfast buffet that was really good. Free on site parking was an added bonus for us as we rented a car and a great launching pad for day trips out for hiking in the Dolomites. Service was friendly and our rooms were confortable

No air-conditioning in the rooms so it did get a bit warm in the middle of summer. Windows in the room do open up so still able to get some air.

Location of the hotel was a perfect starting point for our planned hikes and Cortina city sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious, as well as morning espresso. We had a stunning view from our room and we enjoyed it very much. We spent the quiet evenings enjoying views from the balcony and it was a nice addition to air out our boots after hikes. Retractable cord in the bathroom above the bath tub is a nice touch, we used it every day. Entire hotel decor is elegant.

We could hear the plumbing from neighboring rooms sometimes, but it did not bother us too much - after all, we came for the mountains.

Picturesque chalet style hotel at mountain footstep, wonderful views from the room window, very nice restaurant setting with great service and wonderful food, overall very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Good and quiet location that’s slightly uphill and outside the centre but very walkable distance of ~10min on a dedicated footpath away from the busy road for most part

We were woken up both mornings by loud closing door noises; no AC so need to be mindful to air out the room before bed on hot days; bathroom was on the older side / could use a bit of refresh although kept very clean

This hotel was recommended to us by my sister and brother-in-law and it did not disappoint. The views are lovely and the staff is even better! Our room was upgraded to a room with a great view and it made our trip. It's so nice to have a restaurant and bar on site so after a long day of travel or exploring we were able to relax. The breakfast was also very nice. There was a small wine refrigerator in the room for our snacks. Our daughter and her fiancé will be staying here next month since we loved it so much!

The walls are very thin but I understand most of the hotels are older and this is the case. It did not dissuade from our high recommendation.

The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner, and missed most of breakfast, however the breakfast buffet looked better than most. The view from our balcony was incredible and we enjoyed the evening’s sunset from there. The tub in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise after a long journey with many small showers :)

We were able to hear talking and doors opening and closing from both neighboring rooms. This wasn’t much of an issue for one night, but had we stayed longer it would have been a problem getting enough sleep.

I had read some reviews about the place shortly after getting there about people saying it was more like a 2 star hotel but I have to disagree! The staff was great and friendly and the rooms were rustic and clean. The bed definitely could be more comfortable but the hotel in general was very charming. The restaurant was beautiful with a nice view of the mountains and the breakfast really surprised us. We were surprised by the variety of options and the quality of the food. Would stay there again.
