I loved the variety of options the hotel offers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff are extremely welcoming, and the rooms are high tech.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel doesn’t have a ski room to leave your ski equipment or any spa or gym facilities

Gorgeous interior. They very kindly upgraded our room! Breakfast was fantastic and the location fabulous.

It was closing down for a couple of months before ski season so very quiet and empty, which feels odd in a hotel! Slight leak on our shower.

Great modern room with a fabulous view. Location was an easy walk into town which was handy for going out but the hotel is a long walk to the lifts. There is a bus stop close by and the buses come around every 15mins (depending on the time of day) so if you time it right, this is a good option. There's a great bar downstairs which was a good meeting spot for pre-dinner drinks (we travelled with extended family). Breakfasts were amazing. Special mention to Massimo. Super efficient, friendly and anticipated our every move.

As per some of the other reviews, the noise from the VIP club was quite loud on the Friday night. We stayed Mon-Sat so were only affected one night. The other nights were very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed here for the lavarado race and the location to town was perfect. The room was very spacious. The staff was amazing, especially Julia who worked at the front desk. She gave us a lot of recommendations for hikes and restaurants. She was so attentive and pleasant. The breakfast service was also very good. Thank you for the great stay.

In general we had a great stay. Just a few suggestions. The beds were a bit hard. Also house cleaning came in once at 8am without knocking.

We had amazing days in Europa Hotel. The location is great, in the centre of Cortina, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The service is exceptional. Room cleaning twice per day and the staff was always very nice and polite. One of the best things was the breakfast! A big variety and everything was at high quality and fresh! Massimo is amazing, he took a great care of us every morning making our staying superb! It was the first time in Cortina for us and we will definitely return next year in the same hotel... looking forward for the same experience!

The hotel was absolutely perfect! It has a great location close to the Cortina center, walking distance around 3-5 minutes to the ski pass office as well as information center. If you need a ski bus to get to the lifts, it stops nearby on the same side as the hotel. If you drive, there’s a parking areas in front of the hotel and at the back. The room was very clean with the beautiful interior. The breakfast was great, everything you need for a breakfast you can get there.

I liked everything.

breakfast was delicious, our room had a fabulous view of the mountains, our bed was very comfortable, and the hotel has a lovely bar and open fire to sit and enjoy in the lounge area. The hotel Europa has kept its charm with the lovely ski chalet vibe styling, especially in the lounge area and restaurant.

The hotel and room were amazing. The staff was very friendly, the reception girls found me a reservation to a very popular restaurant on a night I couldn’t find a reservation anywhere. Best breakfast I had in the 5 hotels I stayed in this trip! Absolutely amazing breakfast, and the wait staff was so friendly. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the center part of town and very close to the gondola!

Very small room, I can't imagine to be here when skiing in the area, you could not hang your clothes anywhere to dry. The location was not good FOR US.. it doesn't mean that it could not be great for you.. You are mostly in a center of Cortina so be prepared that you can hear every car passing by on the street even if you have closed your windows - it doesn't block sound very good. You can hear also noises from the gas station which is right next to the hotel.

walking distance to the town centre and bus station. staff at breakfast was amazing, so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond - I think his name is Massimo

All the rooms have Mountain Views - so don’t bother paying extra for a Mountain View room. we did but still didn’t get the room with the ‘better’ Mountain View.
