It was very clean and comfortable and it had a good and lively bar and restaurant attached. The food was very good. The location was perfect for a walk through the shops.

The car park was pretty tight and we hardly had room to get in and out of the car. Breakfast was just okay. For us, everything was very sweet and/or pastry based with very little other choices. There were breads, yoghurt and heaps of cakes. You have to boil your own eggs and these take twice the time of normal eggs so this process was hit and miss.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, making the experience very pleasant. Room was cozy and clean, with a lovely mountain view. Downstairs there is a nice restaurant that is a great choice to eat well and rest soon afterwards 😌 Sad not to say arrivederci to the nice signora at the reception. This charming, cosy and welcoming hotel was a joy to stay at. Our recently renovated room was lovely and had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Also nice toiletries and great to have a kettle for tea and coffee in the room. But the real gems are the staff. Everyone was so lovely - especially Lucia and Serena at the front desk. They were kind and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast included was also fantastic. A great selection and lots of local options including honeycomb and wonderful yoghurt made from alpine cows milk. Walkable to the main street in just a few minutes and close to great restaurants and ski lifts. Would stay here again in a flash.

Everything. This is a 3 stars Hotel with a 5 stars service! The Hotel was really beautiful, nicely decorated and with an high attention to detail. The room was nice and cosy, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Truly a magnificent view to wake up to! Everything was cleaned to a high standard, something that I learned not to take for granted from my years of traveling. The staff was also incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. They truly make you feel welcome and are always available if you need something, even if it’s just recommendations on where to go or where to eat. We truly enjoyed dining at the Hotel’s restaurant so there was no need for us to eat somewhere else. The food was simply exquisite. We loved our stay so much that we decided to visit again soon, hopefully at this same exact hotel!

A beautiful property with great rooms, we were lucky enough to have a balcony which was amazing. Great location and staff were lovely and very helpful, even offering advice for our onwards travel to Venice which we have followed and had an amazing time in Venice too, so thank you very much. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Everything was great. No negatives from us.

The staff, and particularly the two women who staff the front desk, were terrific. They were welcoming, accommodating and happy to provide helpful advice and assistance. From packing us lunches for our hikes, to helping us plan our days, they went out of their way to make our time in the area a true joy.

Minor construction noise across. Not a problem overall since we are not at the hotel during the day time.

The staff were lovely (except one). The breakfast was delicious, copious, varied and extremely well presented. We used the bar every night and enjoyed the space very much as there were 9 of us in the group and 2 were staying at another hotel so we were able to meet in "our bar". We had our first night's meal at the restaurant there and it was delicious, by far the best meal we had in Cortina. Our room was comfortable though a bit small, but our sunny balcony made up for the close quarters. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was perfect for us. We used the private spa area (at an additional cost) which was lovely. Really good breakfast, too. There are only a handful of parking spots but if you get one they don't charge you to leave your car there. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Close to downtown, very walkable! Also right on one of the main bike trails that runs through the valley.

With the construction going on in prep for the 2026 Olympics, all of the traffic for town is routed right by the hotel now. Very loud traffic noise and busy from 6am on.
