Very good central location in Cortina's main "block" where everything is. Restaurants, shops, people watching, they're all just right outside the hotel's doorstep. They have onsite parking, but only for about 20 cars. The staff was courteous and very helpful, the room was a good size and clean. Breakfast buffet was also quite nice.

On our first night, we had to park at a nearby parking lot (free at night from 20:00-09:00) which was about 3 minutes walk back to the hotel. If you arrive at night and have to park there, make sure you ask the hotel staff to point it out on your maps app on your phone, because it might not be obvious which one is the closest to the hotel, since you have to drive around the main "block".

Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with wonderful views in the surrounding peaks. It overlooked a small piazza, with shops and restaurants all within very easy reach. Breakfast was excellent, and there is also a very good restaurant on the premises. This is a really good, budget friendly base to explore Cortina and the surrounding area.

Extra parking costs, absence of fridge in the room.

A cozy place from which to explore Cortina and its beautiful surrounds! We rented the 2-bedroom apartment. The beds and bedrooms were quite comfortable and the living space and dining area offered a good place to hang out and warm up after a day out in the snow. The location is convenient and the view is lovely.

The kitchen in the apartment could have been improved with some simple amenities like dish cloths, paper towels, napkins, and dish soap/scrubber. It had dishes, a fridge, and dishwasher, but without dish towels or soap it was difficult to clean up. The bathroom was fine overall and came with a jacuzzi tub, but we couldn't get the jets to work, and the shower head is oddly placed so that you are basically touching the (somewhat grimy) shower curtain the whole time while you are showering. Otherwise, the place was comfortable.

Fantastic position, in the middle of town, parking possible (not always) clean room, friendly efficient staff, for town visit is perfect hotel even is out of date.

Hotel rooms are out of date, require renovation from scratch, bathroom and furniture is very old, breakfast area is tight for all guests, would be great if they reorganise space. Also, food by breakfast could be more options.

Hotel is located near the bus station, as well as near restaurants and shopping areas. Below the hotel is a reasonable restaurant that serves a good 3-course meal. The breakfast is also good. Room is clean and comfortable.

No aircon. Not a problem during the early morning and evening, but can be a bit warm during the afternoon.

Everything, atmosphere was warm, big rooms and bathrooms and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, we received amazing recommendations on places to eat based on our preferences! I would definitely stay again.

Location is great and a parking place is a plus. Room and other facilities were clean. Restaurant is very nice and coasy.

Room furniture is wooden and nice but rather worn.

Whoever cleared the room did a great job. My family of 4 booked the room and got a suite with 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for the kids and a bigger bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony. Big bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms. Very nice.

Didn't know the parking needs 15 euro per night. The hotel is in the ZTL location, so it is very concerned when we got there (don't know how we can get in). Should have notified the customer on the check-in instructions. Wifi is not working in the bigger bedroom, which is very annoying as we all had to squeeze into the small room to use wifi.

Great location in the heart of Cortina, with parking options. Lovely balcony views of the town and mountains, the hotel has a homely cost feel which is just what you want on a ski trip. Friendly / helpful staff.

Rooms a bit old fashioned, hot water limited some times. Breakfast variety could be better, very few hot options. Parking spaces not guaranteed until arrival.
