Cleanliness. Efficiency. Good shower. Good privacy. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Access to balcony was a plus. Mod cons fine. Was arriving after 8pm and the instructions for self-check in were very clear and useful (WhatsApp videos).

Single room (#9) was small and single bed was narrow (but not wholly unexpected). Room was overly warm due to bathroom heater (even with door closed) (September stay) and window needed to be open – which was an issue due to traffic immediately outside and building site opposite. Woke several times each night. Barely met the owners – so quite an anonymous stay.

Staff was very friendly. The property was quiet and the rooms were very neat and perfect for a solo traveler. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was filling and very well thought out - it was set up for my room as soon as I was awake. I liked that it was a little bit removed from the city center for peace and quiet but it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the center of Cortina. I would definitely stay here again!

There was construction across the street which was loud during the day if the windows were open, but that is not the property’s fault. I still enjoyed my stay and it didn’t really bother me since I was out hiking for most of the day.

Location was excellent, short walk to city center and to start for hikes with a car. Parking on premises. Clean room, basic, small tv, hairdryer, clean shower and toilet. Bbreakfast ok and most mornings ready before promised 7:30 start time which suited for early morning hike starts. Staff left you alone after initial welcome which suited us. Balcony was nice to have on a hot day. Room got bit stuffy and warmer when hot outside, no air exchange bar to open windows, doors. Prices in Cortina high so compared to that ok for the. money. Onlt three guest rooms which made it nice a quiet. Room door make a bit noise, otherwise did not hear other guests.

It’s only a short walk to the town centre. Whilst on a busy road it had very effective glazing and noise reduction. Otherwise the property was more than adequate. Moreover at night, when it really mattered, there was little traffic. The most significant thing for me was that the host by prior arrangement provided me with walking poles without charge.

It would have been preferable to be on a side road.

It was very close to the downtown walking area—about 10 minute walk. The room was spotless! Cleaned daily. Tea kettle in the room was nice to have. Refrigerator downstairs to keep your food and drinks cold. The breakfast was ample with enough selection, although the same every day. Host was very responsive.

Parking was tight and a little tricky to get out onto the road, but nothing unexpected for Italy.

Very good location, about 14 minutes of walking to the main gondola - Cortina - Col Druscie, 20 minutes of walking to the city center, a bus station within 100 metres. We had a room with mountain view which was outstanding! The breakfast was plenty enough to start the day and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need, big balcony and big bathroom.

Comfy, clean and good sized room with balcony. Off road parking and communal fridge were also very helpful features. Host was there to greet us and spoke good English. Location is an easy walk into the centre of town and small supermarket 5mins away. Breakfast was basic but enough.

Great location and views of the surrounding mountains. we were leaving early one morning and the owner did breakfast early for us which was much appreciated. bed was very comfy and it was very quiet.

The breakfast was very basic, not a huge amount to choose from. In the room there was a kettle but with paper cups and wooden spoons, it’s not nice to drink hot drinks from paper cups and also is bad for the planet. There is limited shower gel in the bathroom, in tiny sachets which was not practical and again bad for the planet.

Clean, central, comfortable room, ok breakfast, correct personal.

Doors locked, for checkout you need to unlock the door and bring back the key before leaving. No drama but good to know when you're in a hurry. The owner doesn't talk a lot. Also no drama but good to know.

A cosy B&B, comfortable bed and soft pillows. The room was quite spacious and cleaned every day. The breakfast was good ( coffee, fresh bread, eggs and cold cuts and fresh fruit) . It was great that you could leave your food in the common fridge. Balcony with a great view! The owner was helpful.

The house is old and the entrance/ corridor was dark.
