The hotel has a great combination of being on the ski slope (we still used car - but you of course can get a lift from the hotel - and it is a few minutes ride) and having a pool (also wellness but we did not try that). The staff was (in vast majority - one exception at the restaurant) absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent, also offering a kids menu. We also travelled with a dog and again all staff was super nice to us.

We traveled with a kid, so the served menus for dinner were a bit too long. It is not that we did not liked it, just consider if you are having a smaller kid. We struggled with a room temperature a bit, was too hot and we did not managed to lower the temperature - but that is on us, we had not asked for a help.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is breathtaking and the facilities are beautiful. The food was absolutely faultless. The best part about this hotel by far are the staff. Every member of staff was incredible, they cannot do enough for you. We were staying for our honeymoon and they had also decorated our room for us which was a lovely touch. Thank you to everyone at Bärenhotel that made our stay unforgettable!

Small outdoor pool (separate) which was 34C (meas from apple watch) is nice.

Indoor pool at 32C is ok but connected outdoor section was at 31C and is a bit cold. No space for parking. Car is taken by a valet and parked somewhere. If you forgot something in your car then its a bit complicated. I have a room with balcony and is on the same level as the pool. There is an obstruction to the supposedly beautiful view. I always use the balcony to relax while looking at the view. But with this room, I could not do this. The checkout was also not ok for me. The other receptionist who was free did not call me as I was obviously in the line for checkout. I thought she was busy until some other guest casaully approched her. Took some time to checkout which I dont expect for a 5-star hotel.

Awesome staff, facilities and location. Very relaxed luxury in a traditional Tyrol-style hotel. Breakfast incredible, dinner good.

No AC and it was really warm in the room at night. If we left the windows open for air the light would wake us up at 5.

Hotel is nice, spa is really good. Food is also good, especially diners with 5 courses.

Hotel is really close to the ski slopes, but the ski in/out access is actually not always possible in the case if there is not enough snow. Hotel does provide a transport with golf cart for 200 metres (or you can walk) and this works very well. What have to be in mind, that hotel is close to Olang ski slope, which is quite steep (red slope) and with a lot of moguls in the afternoon. To be able to use a ski slope to the hotel, you have to be a good skier and is not suitable for beginners.

The people were fantastic! The owners, the staff, all of them. We like everything ! Great ski holiday !

Nothing, nothing!

The hotel has a wonderful spa area, a lovely pool and outdoor area. For me the highlight was the tea collection for breakfast and in the afternoon. Convenient high quality tea bags and a wonderful selection of high quality loose tea. Just delightful

Parking spots are a little undersized, but the location makes it impossible to do better and the staff are very helpful in helping you find a good spot to park your car.
