Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The owner was exceptionally responsive—always quick to reply and genuinely eager to help or accommodate any requests. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. The only small improvement would be to have a fridge in each room for added convenience. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The absence of a fridge, as well as coffee and kettle facilities in each room, was a minor inconvenience.

I loved the location - it's absolutely stunning outside, and very close to main tourist spots. Two towns are located nearby, as well as Brunico. The hosts also offer a variety of snacks and drinks (paid) in a kind of a 'store' in a common 'cafe' area. Hosts themselves were very responsive. There is a free parking available in front of the building. Beds were very comfy, and the room was very clean.

Wi-Fi was, sadly, poor - I had to use my 5G most of the time. Also, one of the downsides is that the fridge is shared among all visitors - and it's way too small for the needs of everyone. The freezer also did not seem to work, unfortunately - if you're travelling with a cooler bag, like we were, and you need to freeze your ice packs, you won't do it here. My recommendation for the hosts - please think about a bigger fridge.

If you're looking for value for money, this is the perfect choice. A clean, cozy, and recently renovated accommodation. The room is slightly smaller, but it provides everything you need. Breakfast is delivered and is very tasty. A kettle and a coffee machine are available in the guesthouse at all times. Plenty of parking spaces. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The ski bus stops right in front of the guesthouse.

The only downside is the location – but only if you plan to walk to the nearest store. The ski room is small but sufficient. It doesn't have a ski boot dryer, but it does have a radiator.

Clean rooms in a convenient location to visit the lake and Tre Cime. We stayed as a family and got the whole 4th floor to ourselves with 2 rooms and our own spacious bathroom. The bed linens and towels looked fresh and modern furniture. We saw other rooms when walking by and they all were clean with new furniture. We liked self check in, the process was pretty smooth.

It’s right off the road but that didn’t bother us as it’s not a highway so wasn’t that busy or noisy.

We got everything we expected. Very pleasant and fast communication with the owners Fabian and Angelika, they were very interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Registration was quick and hassle free online. Price very nice for the area, amenities and room size matched the two stars- we were very satisfied. There is also a ski storage room. Ski bus in front of the hotel.

Everything was fine

The hosts, Fabian and Angelika, were very helpful and ready to answer all the questions via WhatsApp. The hotel was perfectly located, with lots of parking lots and very close to many landmarks. The room was cosy and had a spacious balcony with charming views.

When you open the balcony door, it may be a little too noisy, as the building is near the road. Also, I would have appreciated, if the towels and linens had a more pleasing smell, but maybe for someone else it's ok.

Room cleaning done after 3 days that should more frequent and in cleaning only bedsheets were changed but floor and bathroom were not cleaned.

Fabian the host was amazing and super fast in responding. Check in was super easy going. Location was 20min to the Pragser Lake and also to Tre di Cime, the location was great and also cheaper than the other places. The room had everything I needed for a 2 nights stay 🙏 thanks a lot to Fabian!

The hotel is in a great location, and you can find many guides to nearby experiences at the check-in desk, making it easy to plan your itinerary. The house is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, and the bathroom is great! You can feel the charm of nature on the terrace! I really like it here!
