If I could give it more than 10, I would. This place deserves nothing less than perfect. 1. The staff Absolutely wonderful, always smiling, helpful and responsive to every request. Thank you so much for your hospitality: from breakfast service to laundry help and even local tips. Everything worked like clockwork. 2. The breakfast Incredible. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time — you’re greeted by a waiter, shown to your table, and it’s yours for the whole stay. Beautiful presentation, restaurant-level quality. The chef is amazing I truly enjoyed it every morning. You can order eggs to your liking, and they’re presented like fine dining. Smoked salmon, cold cuts, sweet treats with coffee… The buckwheat cake has my heart forever. 3. The room Clean, spacious and cozy. We had a balcony with a breathtaking mountain view waking up to that was unreal. Everything we needed was there. 4. Hotel facilities The sauna area is perfect clean, well-maintained, with several types of saunas and a nice pool. There’s even delicious tea from a samovar. You can also take a bike for free and explore the area — and believe me, it’s worth it. This hotel truly made our holiday. Thank you again, I already want to come back! ♥️

The breakfast was awsome. There was a great variety of homemade products, like granola, oats, hummus, pastry, kombucha (6 or 7 varieties....excellent!!!!). I also liked the relaxed, cosy athmosphere through out the hotel (perfect combination between design, lights and furniture). The owners and staff are very friendly, always with a smile on the face!

The temperature in the spa area could be a little higher. The water in the pool was rather cold for me. Also, in the relaxation room it was very cold, so I couldn't stay there. The facility does not offer dinner service, but it was not such an inconvenience for us, since we met every night with friends in another hotel.

Katja and Matthias were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made us feel very at home and were on hand for our every need, including some great recommendations! The breakfast is incredible, so much choice and all of it was so delicious. And most of it homemade. The spa facilities are brilliant, the pool and sauna were great during the summer and I can imagine being even better in the winter. The location is amazing, such great views.

Everything was lovely. Katya, Stefan and the family were very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the view were breathtaking, and the surrounding area offered great walks next to the river. The breakfast was very generous and tasty - we especially loved the buckwheat cake! The rooms were lovely - all with great views. We went to several local restaurants for dinner, all of which were excellent regarding both the quality of the food and the service. The pool and sauna were very clean - and the hamam was a wonderful experience. We would definitely go back again to the beautiful Hotel Frida! Many thanks, Sharon

Great and calm location with easy access to Kronplatz or valleys nearby. Staff was great, you somehow belong to the same family during your stay. Downstairs had a sauna and swimming pool. Enjoyed breakfast buffet every single morning. They also have a charging station for your (electric) car in the garage.

Amazing breakfast – good enough selection and superb food quality . SPA facilities were also very nice, though not open all day, which is however understandable. Free garage parking.

The room and common areas were impeccably clean. The general coziness feeling is really nice. Amazing breakfast! The room has plenty of storage space for clothes. The garden is cool.

The room is very very basic. No fridge/mini bar. No air conditioning or possibility to regulate the temperature.
