Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was exceptional. So was the staff, always available to help. Beautifully located.

The only thing I did not appreciate was the fact that they charge for the water available within the little fridge in the room. It’s true they let you know the price list next to the fridge so they are informing in advance that the water is not for free, however I believe that the hotel is costly enough and at least a free bottle of water would have been a nice gesture. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The lady Marianna was truly amazing. Even before we arrived at the hotel, she reminded us of everything we needed to do to visit the popular sights. Once we arrived, she helped us address all the issues related to booking the shuttle bus. The breakfast was excellent, and Marianna’s warm smile made us feel so good—it set the tone for enjoying our meals and the whole day of traveling. During our trip, she even checked in with us to see if we had any transportation issues and was always ready to help. We truly felt like she was a member of our family, always there to support us. We absolutely loved our trip to the Dolomites and were so impressed with the wonderful hotel and the amazing staff. We would love to come back again someday!

It’s a convenient hotel for ski holidays at Kronplatz ski resort. The ski bus station is just a couple of steps from the hotel and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the ski slopes. The manager and staff are very nice, the rooms clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The dinner starts only at 19.30, so you start eating at 20.00 was too late for us. Also the creativity of the chef was a bit exaggerated and we would prefer to remain with classic Italian cuisine. We also like to start skiing early, so I would suggest to start breakfast at 7.00 instead of 7.30, to allow time to eat, prepare for skiing and catch the first ski bus.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was beautiful, creating a sense of peace and relaxation throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we received helpful explanations about the area right from the start. During our visit, the staff kindly sent us excellent recommendations for local markets, restaurants, and activities, which really enriched our experience. Breakfast was very good. Our kids had a great time in the playroom. We would definitely love to come back!

The location is superb, with everything nearby with a car of course. The hotel was lovely and the staff was very welcoming, besides their fluency in German, Italian, and English, they also reached out with recommendations for places to go out for food/drinks. The room was equipped with everything you may need, the bed was super comfortable and the view of the terrace was stunning. We even got bathrobes that were so nice and comfy. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, also the staff helped you with the table setting. We loved it there and can't wait to go back. One of the best hotel experiences we've had.

A lovely family hotel. The room is very spacious with a separate bedroom which was very good for us with a baby. Very comfortable for a family. We booked half board. The food is great both breakfast and dinner. The hostess and all staff are very nice and trying to accommodate. There is a playroom for little ones and for older although it closes a bit early for us latecomers , and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.

It would have been nice to have nets on windows because we wanted to open them wide to have more air because there is no AC in the rooms.

The stay at the hotel was more than wonderful!! The room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff is very responsive and gave us lots of directions to nice restaurants and nice places to visit. Special thanks to the hotel host Marianna, who welcomed us very warmly and made my father's 60th birthday celebration even better!!If I come to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it, the place is wonderful.

There is no such thing

Mariana is a great host, she is very kind and friendly, all the staff in the hotel follows the same mind set. At breakfast all salami were pork, once we said we don't eat pork, they prepared turkey salami for us and brought plenty. The hotel is clean has play areas for kids of all ages, the rooms are great. The location is great, we stayed for one night and visited lago di braises, it took around 20-25 minutes to get there. Once we arrived we got a list of resturants ( we went to one of them and it was great) we got a booklet info about the surrounding area. I would diffently visit this place again.

Nothing that is worth mentioning. Mariana seems to be very eager to make everything in this hotel perfect.

My friends and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. Marianna, the host, recommended the best routes and the most beautiful sights for our day trips. Returning to the hotel, we had the opportunity to enjoy the sauna and hot tub for relaxation. Thanks to Marianna and the great staff, we had a wonderful stay and got to see the most beautiful tourist attractions. Thank you Marianna and the hotel staff!

We enjoyed our stay at Kronplazter hof thoroughly. The hotel is very pleasant and well run. Our suite was modern, spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few minutes from the ski lifts Olang. The room was quiet and our double bed super comfortable, we slept very well. The food is tasty and the meals are huge (half board). Marianna, Massimo and the staff take care of every single detail. We will definitely come back.
