This hotel is such a hidden gem!! Not only is it modern and beautiful, we loved everything about our stay. I really appreciated the concept of free breakfast and dinner so that we didn’t have to worry about it after a long day of exploring. One thing that stood out is that we arrived after dinner and the staff at the hotel had food ready for us in the room when we arrived. The customer service and attention to detail really impressed us. The views from our room (the Montana) were breathtaking. The heated pool and wellness/spa area is amazing. We recommend taking advantage of the sound bath ritual as it was so peaceful. The food was delicious and everything was clean. Hotel is about 25 minutes away from Lago di Braies and other attractions. Parking being included was also a plus!

Hotel is placed in the beatiful and quiet Valdaora. Rooftop pool and the wellness was amazing. Rooms are big enough and very well equipped. Staff was ready to help us anytime with anything. Our biggest problem was the parking during the first day. Thanks to the receptionist we have found lot of option around the hote.l

We liked the meals but I missed the variety of the hot breakfast. We like to try new meals but sometimes they were over combined. Maybe it is just our personal feeling. The playroom need a renovation because of broken games and other equipment.

Very nice hotel. A great mix of tradition and modern design in the structure and furniture. Great service from everyone: reception, rooms, restaurant. Amazing staff. Very good breakfast and restaurant. 2 playrooms, 1 for children and 1 for teenagers. Family room was very spacious wit a separate area (with bunk bed) for 2 kids and space for an additional bed. Panorama pool is beautiful and water temperature was perfect. Skibus in front of the hotel, every 20 mins, connecting to the slopes. Hotel Parking not available for everyroom but it's possible to park outside.

Hotel is great, nothing to complain about. Just a few small things could improve the overall experience. Playroom for children is nice but a bit small and probably suitable for children under 8. It would be amazing to add a few table games and maybe books in some area for family games. Lastly: it's great to have the opportunity to add a baby bed in the room, bit 20€/day is a bit expensive (many hotels offer this service for free).

We were in new part of the hotel it was great! Highly recommend, whole hotel looks new and modern, food was also very good. Breakfast especially but dinner is also great. Sauna is very comfy and new. Hotel is near slopes just few minutes by car. We were very pleased:)

Maybe indoor pool was little bit too small!

The open pool with fascinating view to the montains and the villages close by. The room was clean and well equiped(even with Yoga mat). What i found also cute - the beds was made one day as 2 hearts, another day as a big heart with 2 parts. Special thanks to Massage specialist Mrs Johanna - who was providing the best massage i got in Europe and was telling about the phylosophy of aroma therapy and different massages. Very helpful and cheerful staff, supporting in 3 Languages - Italian, German and English. The food was something deserving a separate review - very good breakfast - for Meat and cheese lovers, but also the one who prefer the sweet breakfast will be happy. The dinner is a parad of Haute Cuisine - the dinner menu is provided at the breakfast together with small local events update and weather forecast for today. A nice bonus - to get the tourist card on arrival that provides an additional discount for several activites (e.g. E-Bike tour, Zip line, etc). And beside that there are some activites that are organized by hotel - i can recommend Hiking with Giulio(possible to see drei Zinnen from the montain) All in all, i found this hotel very modern, comfortable and cosy. Will highly recommend to all my friends and colleagues!

The bed with 2 separate Matrassen, but it's usual EU hotels.

Delicious food for adults as well as for children. Great variety. Very kids friendly hotel, staff, surroundings. Playing area is just next to the restaurant which makes every dinner much calmer for the parents ;)

Everything! The hotel, food, pool and spa facilities were fantastic. The decor stylish and the ambience warm & welcoming. The staff were friendly yet professional and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. We felt 100% spoilt and would definitely stay again

Hard to find anything we didn't like but our balcony was small with a restricted view so was not really usable as a balcony, which was not a problem in February but if we returned during warmer months we would request a room with a better balcony space.

Made our trip SO easy! Wonderful, helpful staff, ample parking, ski lockers with boot warmers at the entrance, free ski bus right outside the hotel every 20 minutes, beautiful pool with glass lounge area overlooking the village,, Saunax3, jacuzzi, cold plunge shower, complimentary afternoon tea, excellent breakfast AND dinner included. Loved it all!

It was all good

Great food and variety. Nice pool with indoor and outdoor areas. Dogs allowed in bedrooms and lounge area, and there is a dining room set aside for those that wish to have their dog with them when eating. There is an extra cost per night for the dog plus end cleaning charge. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. High-quality breakfast and dinner. Nice pool and saunas. Nice room with standard equipment. (without fridge and bidet) Good location.

Very uncomfortable mattresses. Short, only 180cm and such a springs type. Any movement made his whole body sway. I did not sleep a single night. I was surprised by this for a hotel for 200 Euros per night in off-season. The door to the room banged when someone else went to their room. I do not know why. Probably a draft. It kept me awake at night.
