Amazing hotel with great spa and food in a perfect and romantic location! Overall a very beautiful stay

Altough the hotel offers a great service, the stay was quite expensive especially regarding the food. The first night we basically were not given a choice except dining there without providing any prior indication of the prices. Also staff was polite but quite rigid on time esp for the spa that closes at 7 pm, hours should be more flexible! The rooms were quite small for the price we paid

The food was amazing! We complimented the staff multiple times but we still don’t think it’s enough. The menu for everyday was extraordinary, not only the local cuisine The atmosphere in the hotel was very cozy, it was apparent that the hotel is run by family passionate about it. The location was also the best around Kronplatz - very close to the station but at the same time felt almost isolated (there wasn’t much noise outside). The staff was also very nice and helpful :)

Everything was great

This hotel is family-run. The owner has a really great service mind, all staff is very attentive and friendly. We have booked the half board option and the food is excellent. The breakfast line is amazing, their pistachio croissant is to die for, literally the best one that I have during my entire trip.

The hotel is quite old, so the design is a bit out-dated but everything is well-maintained, everything work fine.

There was a lovely pool and spa area and it was possible to sit outside and enjoy the sun and the view. The ski lift to Kronplatz was just across the road and was a great spot to visit for lunch and to see the mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Possible to visit Tre Cime and Lago di Braies within an hour ( by car).

The location, service and attention to detail were exceptional. We were greeted at the reception with a very warm welcome, almost like you were coming to the relatives. As it was my birthday on that day, I received a compliment from the hotel with 2 glasses of champagne to me and my husband. On Sunday, there was a gala dinner with a fixed menu. Not only the menu was very extensive, but very tasty. I am not a fan of beef, but I can officially tell there was the best beef dish I have ever had. The pool is very good and clean too, a nice choice of hygiene products - Rituals.. which is my favourite:-) To summarise- just highly recommended pto anyone visiting Dolomites 😊

Food, and staff friendliness were way beyond the 4* rating. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

The rooms and facilities are outdated and not in sync with the overall level of service.

Excellent standard of rooms and public areas, especially the spa, pool and saunas, all maintained to a very high quality. The breakfast was of a high standard and exceptionally varied, and the evening meals were also excellent and good value. The location offered easy access to a cable car giving access to nearby mountains in summer and winter.

There was not much to dislike about the hotel.

The food was exceptional, definitely book the package with dinner. The spa facilities were great surprise. A lovely pool with lots of jets and amazing sauna facilities.

My only small suggestion would be to have a mini fridge to store cold drinks and have a kettle and coffee maker.

Very nice hotel with nice sauna and pool. Delicious dinners made up of several courses. Upon our request, we were provided with gluten-free meals. Very nice and helpful staff. Just 150 meters away from Olang 1+2 ski lift.

One of the finest hotels in the Dolomites! The staff are exceptional, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely return!
