The hotel and the staff were very attentive and nice. Lovely hotel and facilities.

The restaurant wasn’t great my partners appetiser had a hair in it but nobody could understand what we were saying. We then got an explanation as to what the dish was. Main courses were order. My partners wasn’t hot and mine was completely wrong. When my correct food arrived it was good. My partners reheated food was still not hot. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were stone cold as they had bo heat lamp under them.

Our stay at Faloria Mountain Spa Resort was excellent. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the entire property—from rooms to spa—was spotless. We loved the complimentary shuttle to town, which ran until 8 PM; taxis were easy to grab afterward. After hiking, we made full use of the spa—sauna, crushed ice fountain, cold showers, and the peaceful pool area. Breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed dinner one evening at the bistro (though we wish it stayed open a bit later). Nick and Fernando at the bar crafted incredible cocktails and made evenings fun. A special shoutout to Massimo at breakfast—he remembered our coffee orders and always had my ice water ready for the day’s hike. Highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It starts with the impeccable service and cleanliness, the breakfast with a view of the mountains and the most attentive waiter Massimo, and continues with the free shuttle to the ski slopes or for an aperitif in Cortina. The spa is like a work of art with its relaxing cabins to fall asleep after the sauna and hydromassages. But what made this place so special for us were the people who work there, especially Daniele. We stayed for 7 days and left our new family with heavy hearts. We will certainly come back. This place is unforgettable!

Everything, the best thing about the hotel is the people who work there, in particular Lorenzo and Massimo who made us feel very special, they were attentive, helpful and friendly and really made the whole stay perfect. The spa is lovely and relaxing - very quiet with a huge pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub, steam rooms, relaxation room and day beds - you couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious too!

There is nothing not to like, the only slight downside is that the hotel is not in the centre of Cortina, however the shuttle service that they offer means that you effectively have a private taxi, to and from wherever you want to go in Cortina, which is just perfect!

Very nice staff and cool location

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Faloria! Because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were given a free upgrade in our room and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! All of the staff were extremely polite and attentive. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast we had during our entire 3 week vacation and that alone would be reason to stay! The spa area was so calm and inviting and was a great way to end our long day of hiking. The free and convenient shuttle into town was an added benefit! If you are staying in the area, you MUST stay here! We can't wait to come back!!

The staff were lovely, the food was really good, and the spa was excellent. The free shuttle into town worked really well.

We were half board, and told to eat at the restaurant and dinner was at 7.30. But turned away in the evening as we hadn’t booked. Appreciate the system, but it wasn’t explained to us at check in to enable us to book. The suite we were given was too hot with no air conditioning - but a staff member was very good at finding us a new room.

The check-in experience was great, and I was really amazed by the bottle of prosecco and the macarons the staff brought to our room just a few minutes after our arrival. I also loved the breakfast—everything was delicious, and the staff were really nice and super attentive.

The wellness area is really nice, but the mandatory swimsuit in the sauna is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. I was also really disappointed by the hotel restaurant. The meals are definitely not worth the money, and while the staff was attentive, they were quite disruptive.

Perfect, quiet location. We slept with our terrace door open to enjoy the wonderful cool mountain air. Very helpful concierge, and convenient shuttle service to and from Cortina centre during daytime. Beautiful, airy and calm spa for adults was the perfect spot for relaxing after hiking.

Breakfast was somewhat carb/ sweet pastries heavy, more and fresher vegetables and fruits would be preferable.

Hotel was comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. Their own shuttle to city worked well, we got great advice from guys. Lockers for skis were with warm fans. We enjoyed our stay, there was just a hiccup with pickup from city.

Our room had connecting doors, so there was limited space to hang skiing stuff. I didn't pay attention to it while selecting room. So it was my fault, next time I will :-). Their own shuttle from city did have significant delays (45+ min). It happened to us twice. It was not a big issue, when we were at city, dressed warm, but it was annoying when it happened after we finished skiing day (were wet). Delays can happen, it was just not communicated correctly and needs to be improved. Next time is enough to say, we will come in 45, 60 minutes etc. We would wait in chalet instead of staying on the road, at place we agreed. This was the only negative experience, except that we enjoyed our stay.
