Stuff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is fresh and new, rooms are nicely decorated, location is nice and quite!

Mattresses were terrible, seems that they are old because you can feel every spring with your back, at least that was in my room. Breakfast is quite poor but we were in the end of September, so maybe it is better during the season (as for me it was lack of vegetables) Not a bad thing, however I believe it is unnecessary to change towels every day

In our opinion this hotel really deserves a very good review. It is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and ready to help. There was a problem with the safe in our room and the young man (I don't know his name, sorry) at the reception came and fixed it immediately. Some people might find the breakfast not so varied, but there is a little bit for everyone, salty and sweet, and if we don't want to waste food, what is offered here should be enough. It was for us. The cappuccino and latte macchiato are really tasty. The hotel doesn't have a parking area, but there are so many places where you can park for free or by paying a tax that you shouldn't worry. A good place is the parking area behind the Farmacia Comunale 1. Don't arrive or don't move your car at the weekend though, it can get really crowded. We stayed there in June, so we cannot say how it really is there during the high season...maybe it is crowded all the time. But with so many parking areas, you will surely find a place. The pool is not that big ( in June it was not crowded anyway) but it is spectacular by being on the roof. All in all, we had a great time and think it is a good value for money...at least for what we paid in June.

The staff were very helpful, polite, meet my every need. Hotel was very clean, tidy and easy access to beach. Room was very clean and modern and everything was in working order.

Stefano on reception was incredibly help full, on the day of our departure still ensured we have a Taxi booked competing with 5000 other athletes (Ironman weekend) to get us to the train station in time. Breakfast was very good, and staff was help full, fresh coffee on request. A big thank you for the great time we had.

The cleanliness of the facility was first class and all of the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Nothing really

The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants etc. We were there for the Ironman and were allowed the tri bike in the room. Triple room was sufficient for a family with a small child. Almost all staff were great and very friendly. Parking available.

One older staff member, perhaps owner, spoke only Italian. As we were at check out he was clearly shouting at another staff member and causing upset. We also witnessed him being extremely rude to others and guests throughout our stay. He really let the place down. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect.
