Location was brilliant. Breakfast fairly good as long as you didn't want scrambled eggs. They were dry and crumbly.

Scrambled eggs!! There didn't appear to be a bar until we asked. The menu was in a room behind the bar. There could have been a kettle in the room, but I understand most hotels in Italy don't provide them.

I really liked staying at this hotel. It’s perfectly located and only meters away from the heart of Santarcangelo. The bed was comfortable and the staff really helpful. Highly recommend.

Nothing. Something to note is if you are serving by train, the hotel is a 20 min walk from the station. There were no taxis available so maybe see if you can pre arrange a pick up.

Could have done with another bath sheet - there was a hand towel , small bath towel and bath sheet. However if I had asked I could have got one

staff is very friendly! could do better with some restructuring but we stayed just one night so it was all perfect! there is very nice restaurants in the area, so we felt home immediately

the shower box is too small. the room was a little tiny
