The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel as if we were guests in the home of a caring Italian aunt. The cozy, homely charm of the accommodation added a special touch to our trip. The breakfast was truly exceptional – beyond any praise, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Would return in a heartbeat!

Good, quiet location, beautiful house. The rooms had surprisingly good sound isolation, even the sound of a crying baby was muffled enough that I could sleep (and I am a very light sleeper). The mattress is comfortable for someone with back pain, it isn't too soft. The breakfast was great, different sweet and savory options like ham, eggs, pastries, fruits and so on. Everything was tasty. The host was very pleasant and nice, and so were the other guests, everyone seemed happy and friendly, the vibe was great. All in all, a great stay. Perfect location if you want to visit Rimini and San Marino.

The property is gorgeous nestled in a little village we were warmly greeted by our host who showed us around the property & everything was so beautifully clean and every attention to detail taken. our room was large with a view out to the garden and surrounding fields and we also had a large private bathroom. the room & bathroom were impeccably clean & very well presented. breakfast in the morning was amazing & our host had made all the sweets herself very impressive spread.

Great location in countryside. Great local restaurant. Antonella the host produced wonderful cakes and pastries plus home made mousses. Nice rooms with a balcony also a roof terrace. Very good all round.

Hosts were always very friendly and helpful. They lent us bikes so we could ride around/to Santarcangelo and we got to use them as much as we wanted. Breakfast was amazing, salty but also home made sweets. The house looks nice and the place is calm.

Location, just be aware that if you are not travelling with car, it will take you quite a while to reach Santarcangelo by bike, not as many bike paths as we thought. Public transport is also not the easiest. Walls are a bit thin, hearing others in the house in the morning/night might bother you, but that comes with sharing a house with other people. but these Cons mostly don’t have to do with the hosts directly as they were very accommodating!

The place was so nice. It gives you a feeling that you are at home not in an apartment... And the host was so kind and accommodating
