All is good.

At the checkin, we have got a free upgrade to a suite, very large room with a spacious living room. The shower size was very generous and the bed absolutely comfortable. Also the free parking slot just in from of the main door is a plus.

If you really want tiro find something wrong, we barely noticed that the acoustic isolation with the adjacent rooms is not as good as you can expect in such a modern hotel, but it is at minimum acceptable level. For the rest nothing to say....

I can only say good things about this hotel. Clean, modern design, great balcony and I think most rooms have pretty nice view. Mine on the 5th floor for sure did. The breakfast was plentiful with the eggs really good quality, good choices of cheese, fruit, bread etc. Staff was most friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionists who spoke excellent English. Location is great for visiting San Marino. Yes, you are not up on the hill, but having to drive up there especially at night is also a great benefit and there is easily accessible parking. I would definitely come back

it's nothing really but I would take the pancakes off the menu, they were dry and not that great comparing to all else. Also there was no place inside the shower to put my own toiletries, on the other hand the hotel provides very good quality shampoo/shower gel etc

The property is brand new and very modern and super clean! The breakfast options were very varied and really quite excellent!

Unfortunately the last evening we were there, the property , a bar, next to the hotel and not part of the hotel, threw a party with loud music till midnight or a little later. Apparently, the hotel admin is in litigation with the said property. The hotel staff were very apologetic and gave us a discount for the room. If you book on a weekend, be aware that there might be another party at that bar.

We were accommodated in a newly refurbished junior suite and it was amazing! Beautiful view, excellent room decor, very happy throughout! Breakfast was of exceptional quality and the team members that we came across, they were all very professional. Credit goes to Edgar at the Front Desk, who took the time to explain everything to us, making recommendations on how to visit San Marino.

Great location, 20 minute drive from the center of San Marino. Room was clean and had air conditioning/heating. There was also a balcony with view of San Marino. Coffee machine and electric kettle in the room. Breakfast was included in the price and had gluten free options. Staff was wonderful and checked us in quickly. Parking is available.

The property is spotless, all the staff is exceptional starting from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The rooms have everything. The breakfast is excellent! Thank you everyone. I even forgot something in the room, they contacted me immediately and promised to send it to me me by courier to my next location in Italy.

Nothing

The hotel was super modern, spotless, luxurious feeling, and the service was top notch. The beds were one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The breakfast buffet was so good, and had so many different healthy options, including bee honeycomb which you don’t see often. They also had a parking lot across the hotel which was very convenient. Too bad we only stayed 1 night but we would choose this hotel when we go back to San Marino!

Room was clean and comfortable. Not familiar with the location. Realized later it was on the border of Italy and San Marino, about 25 min bus from the center.

There was a outdoor bar on the back of the hotel. Our room was just face to it. It was Friday. The bas had pretty loud music. It was ok after 10:00pm though.

The hotel is modern, the staff is friendly and helpful. Easily the best hotel we have stayed in Italy for under GBP150 a night including breakfast! The room is clean and modern, and has stunning view. We got upgraded to a junior suite for our stay which helped!

The hotel isn't exactly close to the city centre.
