All is good.

I can only say good things about this hotel. Clean, modern design, great balcony and I think most rooms have pretty nice view. Mine on the 5th floor for sure did. The breakfast was plentiful with the eggs really good quality, good choices of cheese, fruit, bread etc. Staff was most friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionists who spoke excellent English. Location is great for visiting San Marino. Yes, you are not up on the hill, but having to drive up there especially at night is also a great benefit and there is easily accessible parking. I would definitely come back

it's nothing really but I would take the pancakes off the menu, they were dry and not that great comparing to all else. Also there was no place inside the shower to put my own toiletries, on the other hand the hotel provides very good quality shampoo/shower gel etc

The property is brand new and very modern and super clean! The breakfast options were very varied and really quite excellent!

Unfortunately the last evening we were there, the property , a bar, next to the hotel and not part of the hotel, threw a party with loud music till midnight or a little later. Apparently, the hotel admin is in litigation with the said property. The hotel staff were very apologetic and gave us a discount for the room. If you book on a weekend, be aware that there might be another party at that bar.

The property is spotless, all the staff is exceptional starting from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The rooms have everything. The breakfast is excellent! Thank you everyone. I even forgot something in the room, they contacted me immediately and promised to send it to me me by courier to my next location in Italy.

The hotel was super modern, spotless, luxurious feeling, and the service was top notch. The beds were one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The breakfast buffet was so good, and had so many different healthy options, including bee honeycomb which you don’t see often. They also had a parking lot across the hotel which was very convenient. Too bad we only stayed 1 night but we would choose this hotel when we go back to San Marino!

Modern and equipped for comfort. Easy parking across the street, loading area in front of hotel. Breakfast with many varieties. Slippers in room. Very clean. Happy and welcoming staff. Beautiful view from room and its balcony (we asked for one that does not face the office building next door)

Absolutely nothing!

The Welcome Hotel was excellent with bery friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffett was also very good. It was easy to find in a great location when travelling by car. Very clean, midern and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone discovering San Marino!

Great rooms, all accompanied with a balcony, very clean and comfortable. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and indeed they were very nice with our dog.

Only thing I could find if I must is that you have full visibility from your neighbor if not for a corner room.

The receptionist, Marika, is exceptional at her job. Accommodating, considerate, helpful.

Confusing parking situation. And the hotel was doing renovations in the front entrance that caused some confusion regarding where to enter the building. But the manager reached out beforehand.
