The building is in good condition in the inside. The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious, with a balcony, comfortable beds, and a convenient kitchenette.

The shower in the bathroom is tiny. The lighting in the room is not that efficient. The location is a bit difficult to reach on foot from the bus stop (but ok if you have a car).

Everything. Tremendous value. It is a very clean modern large space with a big balcony, a kitchen area, and a nice bathroom. The view of the mountains from the balcony is so beautiful. The bed is so comfortable. The place is so quiet and comfortable. All that, yet it's not expensive, very great price. 100 out of 100! Thank you!!

We were warmly welcomed by a very kind lady. The property has its own parking space and consists of two rooms, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was available. It’s a lovely place, and we really enjoyed our time in San Marino as well — definitely recommended!

We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer :)

Room was clean and good size.

There's no 24h reception. When checking out there was no one to get the keys so I had to text through WhatsApp and wait about 20 minutes for a reply. Location is good if you're driving. I didn't realize that when reading the reviews but it's quite far from the Historic Center, doable by bus.

We only stayed here overnight but the hotel was clean, the beds were nice and the room was clean, the bathroom was new and clean. Signora waited for us to arrive. She did not speak english, but she was very nice. The parking in front the hotel was perfect.

The walls are quite thin and you could hear the water running. But it did not bother us much.

Nothing to use the kitchen for more then 1 day ... just few utensils.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The staff was helpful even when considering the language barrier. Very calm and quiet location.

Decor was slightly 'corporate anon' with dark grey cupboards and charcoal curtains, but very well provided.
