Samuel was an exceptional person at the front desk. He was friendly, proactive in answering a question that was still in my mind. He greeted us energetically and had me and my family have a very positive first impression of the hotel. He gave us a discount card and advised where to park (at half of the normal price) to get off to the perfect location for sightseeing. Unfortunately I couldn't get the name of another very nice staff member who lent us her parking spot when we couldn't get one for our night stay.

Unfortunately due to the nature of older italian buildings, corridor noises could be heard.

Nice hotel, nice room, restaurant ok, position in the city ok, no parking, cleaning ok, staff very nice, no bar/drinks/aqua after 6 pm, quite close to a supermarket (open till 19.50 every day. Close (aprox. 300 meters to a bus station to rimini. Bus arrives every hour during day time.

Taking in consideration the price of the room, i can't expext more, but they shoukd have some servicies during the evening and night, even if for water to drink or refreshments.

Lovely spacious rooms with a great sea view balcony. The showers are amazing. The windows have shutters, which make the room pitch black. Hotel is right on the sea front and the bar is open 24hrs. All the staff are so friendly. There’s also a scooter rental shop right next door.

Pool wasn’t heated.

The Hotel has a good location, on the main road, so easy to access. The room was big with a comfy bed. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful.

It's a bit pricey for what it offers. The walls are quite thin, some guests came back at the hotel late and I could hear everything.

The hotel has a good location, on the central street, easy to find. Parking was also included next to the hotel. Renovation is not recent, but everything is very clean and tidy. Comfortable mattresses on the beds. Breakfast is sufficient

Ok location for one night stay to visit San Marino. No problem with parking although we arrived at about 6-7 pm (lots of spaces around the hotel in contrast of what some reviews said). Breakfast for 7 euros per person I would recommend. Staff realy helpful.

Rooms too small and imho renovation is needed. But I would say thats not an issue in case of short visit as we did.

Very clean and spacious. Everyone had their own towels and sheets on their beds. Breakfast was great!!! Convenient location! Good value for the price.

Property was great, people at reception as well. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and towels were changed as well. I reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting San Marino.

Very convenient, very friendly, perfectly suitable for our needs. Have come multiple times before and will return.

The hairdryer is lacking a bit of oomph, breakfast is okay but only okay and when compared to other hotel breakfasts it is slightly underwhelming.

We had breakfast included, it's totaly worth it ! Rooms are spacious, and they have everything what You need.

May a bit too far from the oldtown of the capital if You are here because of it.
