Our stay at B&B Primrose Residence Hotel was absolutely excellent! The room was spacious, clean, well isolated, the couch transforms into an actual bed extremely comfortable (with mattress), the breakfast is one of the best we've had at a hotel and thanks to Mirela we've eaten healthy and tasty and also we benefited from smiles and a warm welcome thanks to her, to Alberto and Alexandro and the whole staff. Not to mention the delicious coffee, the proximity to the beach and all the amenities, to Fiabilandia which is a walk away, to Italia in Miniatura, and others.

Completely brand new clean hotel in a town full of often dated hotels. Booked the studio with a terrace and had a great sea view and also a great view of San Marino. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. The night receptionist Anto was a great help to us and the two young lads were a great help booking us a 3.30am taxi. Easy enough to get to the centre by train or bus, also was convenient for the airport. Walking distance to everything you need for a relaxing holiday.. shops, bars, restaurants etc. Breakfast until 11am which is great for those that enjoy a beer on holiday.

We were a bit unlucky with the weather in Rimini in September, but the hotel was a cozy place to stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beach literally just across the road and only a 7-minute walk to the Metromare stop, which quickly takes you to the center of Rimini. The room was spacious, and we absolutely loved the terrace. It was especially useful when it was too chilly by the sea, as we could sunbathe on the terrace instead. The room also had a small kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare delicious and quick dinners using local products. A Lidl supermarket was just a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept so well, waking up feeling fully rested. Breakfast was a buffet with a selection that might seem small to some, but we never left hungry, and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. That's why I would definitely return to this hotel in Rimini, but during a different season to enjoy better weather.

The only things I would suggest adding to the room are wine glasses, as there was a corkscrew but no glasses, and perhaps a small supply of oil, salt and pepper for cooking, as these are sold in large quantities in stores.

We enjoyed the whole stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was really really clean. We liked the food very much. The home made cookies were really delicious and the Nutella dispenser made the day for the kids :) Location is very close to the beach, within walking distance, and that was a big plus considering we were a four person family and always forgetting something. The hotel parking is just nearby, that is also a big plus if you get there by car and plan to visit Tuscany towns or San Marino.

I would not consider it a dislike, but please be aware that the sunbeds are cheaper for rent if you book more days. Just ask the question at the beach. I really don't think this is hotel related, since they are not in charge of the beach. Just felt like I should mention it, though.

The hotel itself is not big, but modern and well-equipped. The room was big, with balcony and a window. The room was equipped by everything needed for comfortable stay: air conditioner, minibar, comfortable bed. Separately I’d like to highlight bathroom: big, new plumbing, heated towel rail. Breakfast was various enough (pie with mascarpone - something super delicious 🥰) Stuff speak English, so that there were no issues in communication, and super friendly and helping. We did enjoy our vacation.

Absolutely amazing family run Hotel! Everything brand new, modern, well decorated, very comfortable, delicious and with lots of choices breakfast, across the beach, right on the middle of Rivazzurra aria with lots of very good choices for dinner! But most of all- people…so friendly and ready to help you in any time! Big thanks to owners- Alberto and Alex! Definitely we will be back in near future!

It's a very recommended place, rooms are cleaned, we have enjoyed one week holiday here. Owners are very kind, and Antonello, who is working in night shift is also very friendly, we had interesting conversation about italian history, society, football, and lot of another topics.

Size of little trash in the room

We recently spent a week at B&B Primrose Residence Hotel. Despite our early arrival at 10 am (well before the official check-in time in the afternoon), the hotel staff graciously allowed us to leave our luggage and freshen up so we could enjoy some time at the beach even before our room was ready at midday. Our apartment was truly wonderful: it offered plenty of space, comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony. However, the balcony faced the space between the neighbouring buildings, and it could get a bit noisy in the late evening if the door was left open. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the abundance of excellent restaurants in the vicinity made dining choices effortless and enjoyable. The high cleanliness standards and the attentive staff significantly enhanced our overall comfort during our stay. A special shoutout goes to Alex, Alberto, and the hotel team, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. For example, since we had an early morning departure, before the official breakfast hours, they kindly offered us sandwiches and drinks to take with us. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend B&B Primrose Residence Hotel for a family stay, as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The rooms are well equipped, the bathroom is clean and spacious, it seems that the hotel is relatively new. The sea is also close. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of choice. Overall we were very satisfied, we would gladly come back and recommend it to others.
