The hotel is in a good location - on a quiet street, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, train and bus. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, sheets - every 3 days. Good breakfast is offered, there is a self-service bar 24/7 with free water and croissants. The fridge in the room was not working, they replaced it the next day.

There is no possibility to dry beach towels and swimsuits in the room. In one of the rooms the towels were not changed every day. The doors to the corridors are noisy. Sometimes the cleaning in the neighboring rooms was done at an earlier hour and it was noisy.

The style and the place met the expectations. The staff was helpful although some jokes were too Italian😀 you might get it too slow. The place tries to be international but some mistakes in common english are seen in the wording in main areas. Looks funny but does not help at all.

There is some art in the corridoors that interferes with taller or broader shoulder people. I liked the art but I didn't like the idea that the only fire escape straicase was filled with stuff that would block the way in case of emergency. The shower had a peak window for natural light but no cover options. So other people from the balcony can see you showering. Yeah they can admire your shiny clean ass but you didn't sign up for this😀 Do not bring kids under 12 as there is a lot of naked art🙂 some young boys were amazed by the drawings (in a curious way) but I suppose they were also quite happy🙂

Warm and helpful staff, specially Giovanni was really professional , welcoming , effective, quick and positive. Made my stay even nicer . Really loved his vibe and energy😊 Hotel has personal approach, letter of welcome written by Giovanni , so nice gesture ( you don’t get it often). Nice shower gel / oud and argan, loved it. Nice boutique served breakfast, with warm and nice lady’s behind the bar. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you UP hotel, will be back

I will start by saying that the best thing at this hotel is the staff. They made you feel cozy and they were very very friendly, the best staff I have ever found at a hotel. The Hotel itself is nice, good size room, and very clean. Oh, and the breakfast, every day with something new :) And the good vibe at the breakfast :D

The position is not perfect, but it's not the worst ( because it's close to the beach). In the center of Rimini is nicer, but you can get there by bus-20 minutes.

What made the Up Hotel special is the staff and the whole concept of a smart hotel with a bunch of apps and perks around. The hotel is a short walk from the beach on a small side street. It is full of smart functions leaving the guests a lot of choices to shape the comfort of their stay. The staff is unmatched in kindness and eagerness to make your stay as relaxed and feel at home as possible.

Some design elements such as the sliding bathroom door, and control of air-conditioning appear leftover from an earlier version of the hotel and not working properly. A bit less of smart apps and a bit more care of analog, basic amenities would make the hotel a real gem.

The building has this unique style which we really liked. The staff is very kind, and they spoke perfect English so it was easy to talk. The breakfast always had great variety of choices, everything was made fresh. All the salty and sweet choices were delicious. The beach is only 1-2 minutes of walk from the hotel, also the bus stop is close so we could get to anywhere easily. It was perfect for our honeymoon, and I am sure we will come back in the future (also to bring some Hungarian pálinka to the general manager 😀)

The best experience I have had so far in a 4 star hotel! Beautiful Concept and theme, amazing staff, that are very good at their jobs ! and great breakfast . This hotel is a rare gem! And can’t wait to be back again. Also the best place for content creators! And digital nomads. Overall worth the money, the service was too exceptional! It Exceeded what I expected .

The location was excellent- close to shops and everything we needed, but still very quiet and peaceful, with no noise from busy streets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay!

Where should I start?? The property is just fantastic, with an incredible attention to detail. Every corner is filled with design object and a young and hip vibe. Loved it. We had the warmest welcome by Valentina (I think), and despite being very late during the day, she showed around with a smile and gave us a refillable bottle to be used during our stay (with unlimited access to free water at the hotel lobby). We booked a Basic Double room with Balcony and it had everything that we needed and more. Loved the little bathroom night light (super discrete), the super comfortable bed, the welcome biscuit and handwritten note. The breakfast was great too. Like in a typical Italian traditional bakery, both with sweet and savoury options. Only note is not a “help yourself buffet” but the staff was sooo lovely and encouraging about you taking as much food as you wanted that it would help even the shyest person.

I wish I could have stayed longer… but that was totally my fault! 😅 We haven’t explored the area too much so wouldn’t be able to comment on facilities around, but seemed ok. We had a moped so both Rimini and Riccione were really easy to access. I cannot honestly fault this properly at all. Loved every bit!!
