The breakfast really lived up to the promises. For Italy, you really had a wide range of options to choose from. The personnel was really friendly, kind and proactive. The room had a really great AC, comfortable bed and a great balcony. The convenience of the location of the hotel depends where are you coming from and what is the transport of your choice - I would guess that the location is more convenient if you are arriving from the airport, rather than the city center, as it is a lot closer, however, even though the city center is further, the location of the hotel is very well connected to the city center with 2 possible bus lines, that run regularly. The hotel is located only about 5-8 min walk from the sea and there are quite a few restaurant options in the area of the hotel. The hotel also offers storage of your luggage after (I don't know about before) you have checked out for no additional price.

The walls of the room had grey and black scratch marks - which is not a huge inconvenience, however it is a visual defect nonetheless. The shower curtain was a bit stiff and did not want to close easily and also let some water through itself. The bathroom had a loud ventilator - which also is not a huge inconvenience, however it could irritate you.

Very nice people.They called me by my first name, which was very nice, always asking how I was and if I was okay. Always smiling.The room was clean, the cleaner was a very nice woman. Everything was fine, beach in 5 minutes walk,shops and restaurants are also close by, as is the airport, the only thing missing was a balcony)) I was here 2 years ago and a week ago, everything is great. I hope to come back in the future I recommend this hotel, good value for money.

The hotel is in a good location! It’s a very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast is good, with both sweet and savory options available. The hotel has parking in the courtyard for smaller cars. Since we have a large car, we were offered parking nearby at the same price as the hotel’s, €9 per day. That parking lot is spacious, with plenty of space and always has a guard. Highly commendable! The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to provide any necessary information!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. This is an ordinary accomodation for seaside resort holiday. Not so big, but enough for a few days. The breakfast more than enough and varied. We could order what kind of coffe we want and it was served to our table. The receptionist lady was really polite and smart. The air conditioner was used for heating because of wintertime. It worked well. The hotel is really close to the beach.

The shower's tile is a little bit oldschool, but we could shower well.

I'm very glad, that we chose this hotel! :) Location close to the beach, railway station and even to the airport. You can take a few minutes walk to all these places. Our room was always cleen, and staff was very kind. We also ate delicious breakfasts there :) We hope that it is not our last stay there! :)

There was only one thing, which i would change. I mean air conditioning. In our room it wasn't working properly. But we know that were different types of air contitioners in different rooms, so maybe next time we will have better luck :D

The staff was exceptional! Amazing service, tasty breakfast and even tastier coffee. All our questions were always left answered, got a lot of advice from staff on where to go and which beaches to visit.

The wifi was a bit messy as it seemed like two different passwords operated for different floors and staff wasn't aware of it. We figured it out on our own eventually but strong wifi was not the reason we booked the vacation anyways :)

Everything. Receptionist and staff were all very friendly. Room was great, balcony was good, cleaning well. The breakfast has been the best once we have had in all of Europe after 3 months of travelling. Lots of options and the staff very attentive. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel, would stay again. Lots of table and chairs on the terrace to relax anytime and have a drink. Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Great location with everything you need nearby. Staff was very nice and friendly, but only one girl out of five people we met knew English, so that was a struggle. Room was kinda small with bed that took over almost all of the room lenght. Brekfeast was decent with free coffee everytime. Overal good value for money.

Staff: Friendly, they were very helpful, however they only speak italian, they speak english, but not good enough for the communication. Breakfast:really delicious, a lot of options to choose from both salty and sweet, really good coffee prepared freshly upon request Room: For the two of us the room was quite smaller than in the pictures, we did not have enough room in the wardrobe to pack our clothes, only one of us could fit their stuff in, the bathroom is really small as well as the shower cabin, if you are a bigger person you will have problems fitting in there. The walls are quite thin, we had our room next to the elevator, so we heard every noise from the corridor. Cleaning: The room was very clean, they change the sheets and the towels every day, and the cleaning ladies are very friendly as well! The area is really well situated, close to the beach, there are several shops and restaurants nearby.

Perfect location - all public transport you can get by feet: about 10 minutes from Miramare Train Station, two minutes to bus #11 stop, 5 minutes to Fiabilandia Metromare Station and about 20 minutes to Rimini Airport. A few minutes walking to the beach. Comfy beds and amazing breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The soundproof in the room could be better, sometimes when neighbours were watching TV it seemed to me that the TV is sounded in my head, because it is situated on the other side of the wall near your head. The amount of shower gel/shampoo was not enough - only one small tube for a person for six night. The WIFI in the room did not work. When you pay for a room with breakfast and you have to check out early in the morning you expect to be provided something like take away breakfast instead of paid breakfast in the hotel, but it does not work in this hotel - here they provide only coffe. Maybe it is speciality of the region, because Italian are not used to have a rich breakfast. It was weird for me because I first encountered this.
