I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 10 nights, and every moment was a pleasure. The room was cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. Breakfast, included in the price, was generous and varied — the perfect start to an active day. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They made me feel both welcome and safe, which is priceless when you’re far from home. The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk to the sea, with a stunning view right from the window. I’m already looking forward to coming back to this hotel on my next visit to Rimini. Without a doubt, a solid 10 out of 10!

The staff is amazing, Lorenzo and Mathew were extremely nice, we had lots of chats together although we stayed there only for two nights. Lorenzo was kind enough to make me a discount on the parking because I parked there only overnight on the last day. Breakfast was rich enough to meet all tastes, they even took care to get us an option other than pork because we don't eat pork for religious reasons. Location is very well centred and the street behind the hotel is full of shops and restaurants. Only 8 minutes by car from Rimini city center.

Extremely small bathroom, to the point that you have to use the washing basin from a side because no one would fit in between it and the shower box. Mattresses are not comfortable unfortunately.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. Nice location just 20 minutes walking from the airport, 150 meters from the beach. Bus and trolleybus (metromare) lines are nearby. Room's AC was efficient enough. Decent Wifi

Bed was very hard. The whole bathroom is actually a shower - you lock yourself in and water is sprayed all over the room - the drain is on the bathroom's floor. Little refrigerator would be a nice addition. Tiny ant problem but it was fixed with a spray.

Proper A/C, elevator. Comfortable bed. 0/24 reception. Awesome hotel crew! Sublime breakfast for the price. Even a little bit of sea view, and close to the sea. Optimal for a few nights stay, if you not planning to stay in the hotel room all day.

No real shower cabin, not even a curtain. Not really spacious room. No 230v EU plug, only one in the shower above the door hard to reach. Shower ventillation is noisy and weak.

Amazing location, very satisfied with the services and the money worth every penny. The staff are very good, they help you with everything, offer all the information you need ,very kind and friendly . I recommend this hotel to everyone. Small thing to complain have less shower gel.

The breakfast really lived up to the promises. For Italy, you really had a wide range of options to choose from. The personnel was really friendly, kind and proactive. The room had a really great AC, comfortable bed and a great balcony. The convenience of the location of the hotel depends where are you coming from and what is the transport of your choice - I would guess that the location is more convenient if you are arriving from the airport, rather than the city center, as it is a lot closer, however, even though the city center is further, the location of the hotel is very well connected to the city center with 2 possible bus lines, that run regularly. The hotel is located only about 5-8 min walk from the sea and there are quite a few restaurant options in the area of the hotel. The hotel also offers storage of your luggage after (I don't know about before) you have checked out for no additional price.

The walls of the room had grey and black scratch marks - which is not a huge inconvenience, however it is a visual defect nonetheless. The shower curtain was a bit stiff and did not want to close easily and also let some water through itself. The bathroom had a loud ventilator - which also is not a huge inconvenience, however it could irritate you.

Very nice people.They called me by my first name, which was very nice, always asking how I was and if I was okay. Always smiling.The room was clean, the cleaner was a very nice woman. Everything was fine, beach in 5 minutes walk,shops and restaurants are also close by, as is the airport, the only thing missing was a balcony)) I was here 2 years ago and a week ago, everything is great. I hope to come back in the future I recommend this hotel, good value for money.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Cà Vanni for 3 nights, we got a nice and cozy room furnished with A/C and other amenities, the room also provided a nice balcony! The breakfast was delicious, it was a buffet, all dishes and sweets were freshly made every day. All the staff was nice and kind. The receptionist was super friendly, always smiling and willing to help! Everything went great! Highly recommended!!

Though the appartmant was small, it was cleaned carefully every day, clean towels, soaps. Both administrators were very nice and pleasant. We enjoyed staying there. It was close to the seaside , only 2 minutes walking but a little bit far from the city centre, though by Metromare you could get there easily in 15 minutes. So we enjoyed our stay there

The hotel is in a good location! It’s a very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast is good, with both sweet and savory options available. The hotel has parking in the courtyard for smaller cars. Since we have a large car, we were offered parking nearby at the same price as the hotel’s, €9 per day. That parking lot is spacious, with plenty of space and always has a guard. Highly commendable! The hotel staff is friendly and always ready to provide any necessary information!
