A wonderful stay at the beautiful Rubens Hotel. We rested for 7 days. I liked everything - the location - not far from the center, close to the sea, shops and restaurants nearby, a bus stop. Very tasty breakfast to choose from, delicious coffee at the reception, clean and comfortable room with a balcony, daily cleaning and perfect (special rating 10 👍) Highest marks to the staff at the reception. Friendly and responsive young people, ready to solve any issue that arises. Everyone is very positive and energetic. Special thanks ❤ to Dina, a very sincere and pleasant girl. Dina also communicates in Russian. Our every whim, and Dina decided everything 🙂. Result - We will return again, and specifically to you, Hotel Rubens.❤ Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Cute bright fresh room, very clean and very well organised functional space, despite the small size. Great balcony with amazing view towards some hills, green daytime, city lights at night. Very nice welcoming staff. Air conditioning. Proximity to cafés, restaurants, beach, shops and small amusement park nearby.

Perfect stay as usual, amazing staff especially Dina!, and clean rooms.I had a little incident at one of the stops of Rimini Metromare. I fell and broke my lip and the Hotel Staff especially Dina was very helpful in providing me with care , a first aid relief kit and checking up on me which I really appreciated. Thank you very much! The BEST hotel in Rimini!

I have stayed in many hotels in Rimini, Italy and around Europe and this one is the best value for money and the best customer service. Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional, all of the staff members are great, especially Cristian. The building is the newest out of all the hotels i stayed in rimini, irs very close to the beach and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk and there is a very cheap breakfast option in the hotel.

Property was amazing, renovated with very professional staff. We came a bit early due to our flight and we got a room at 11am, which we really appreciate it. The rooms are cleaned everyday and it’s close to everything. We would like to mention few staff that make a great impression on us Emre,Dina and Brazilian guy at reception. Thank you for everything ☺️

We enjoyed the relationship with reception everyone was soo extremely nice and helpful! We appreciate it a lot. The price is also amazing. Great coffee at the desk. The object was very nice looking!

The room was a little stinky, but it was fine once we opened the balcony and kept it open all the time. We found a hair in one of the towels and that was a little off-putting. Towels didn't smell good nor bad, it would be great to smell something fresh :) this being said we didn't think they were dirty, just didn't smell of anything.

The stuff at the reception was really unexpectedly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was small but always clean and tidy. The balcony belonging to the room was really nice because with a table and two chairs. The bathroom was also very clean and surprisingly big. I would recommend everyone to stay at hotel Rubens Rimini, it's worth every penny.

Sleeping conditions. The nights were really hot and we didn't like sleeping with the AC on so only other option was to open the door to the balcony which seemed like a nice thought. However the hotel is located near the train rails so with your window open there is really big noise coming in to your room. Maybe a ceiling fan would work? It's just a recommendation. :)

Staff were more than friendly. Make you feel at home and took the extra miles to help when needed. Cleanliness and quality of the room and the facility is excellent. Access to and from the hotel to the city’s main attractions (touristic or business) is very easy. With the train station located just 600m, this can be your fastest way to city center and other major spots. The hotel is surrounded with many cafes and restaurants that won’t disappoint your taste nor your budget. In general, whether you are there for business, or just sunny beachy days off, Rubens is the place for that. Will definitely visit them again.
