The location was perfect, the money value is superb. I thought it was going to have just small but decent rooms, but they were really good size! Also, when arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working in my room and they have managed to swap with another room straight away! They are all very, too kind, had the pleasure to have lovely chats and I can't help but repeat it, the hotel staff is absolutely lovely! The breakfast is amazing, you have loads of different things to try and they are always welcoming any requests, when they can!

The location is perefct - 1 km walk to the airport, 200 metres to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. We liked the breakfast with plenty of sweet pastries and good coffee. Thumbs up for the friendly staff who prepared a great breakfast package for us due to an early check out.

It was recently renovated and very clean. I could live there. I slept so well. The terrace was lovely. It was just a very calm and peaceful place in general. The breakfast was very good with a great assortment.

A guy left at 4 am. Seemed to have early flight or something. He was very loud in the hall. But it's not the hotel's fault for a person's rudeness.

The location is near the station juts 5 min work so it’s very confortable

Actually everything is perfect except for the aircon,its not working properly especially at night its hot and we can’t change the temperature,thats the only problem on our room

The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. A lot of fruits, different cheese, omelette. For this price it was very good. The location is good. Very close to the sea. A lot of shops near, the bus station of 11 is near, two stations of Metromare are near.

The room was small, no fridge. Although, it was perfectly clean. Nice view from the balcony. Overall, the room was ok, parking was great, location is fantastic! The best pizzeria and sea foods restaurant were in 100 m from the hotel, once I tried to find something better, couldn't succeed in 2 km environment. Sea was 150 m from the hotel. No beach was attached or contracted. Breakfast was ok. The price / performance ratio was great. I would recommend this hotel. :)

The only thing that made me disappointed, the staff couldn't speak neither English, nor German, only Italian (except the boss, who could speak English a bit). It wasn't easy to communicate.

It is a wonderful hotel and especially the staff is very helpful. They make you feel at home. It is only 30 meters to the beach and has a good breakfast. It is a very adequate hotel in terms of price and performance. It is one of the best places in Rimini in terms of location.

The rooms are not quiet. The isolation is poor. You cant set the temperature of the room (AC).
