From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The breathtaking sea view from our room's balcony was simply mesmerizing. Furthermore, the location was perfect, allowing us to explore nearby spots. The hotel's staff was exceptionally helpful, offering excellent recommendations. Very close to Rimini Miramare train station, the bus station is right next to the hotel. Supermarket COOP in about 100 m. Perfect location. The view from the room is amazing and you can enjoy sunrises laying in your bed. We arrived early in the morning and the administration was really nice to offer us an early check-in. 🙏 the kitchen had everything we needed Staff is really friendly and helpful.

The smell in the room. Previous guests obviously smoked there. It’s not the hotel, it’s the guests((( After two days the smell wore off, but it was quite unpleasant at first

10/10 super location,everything close -stores,cafes,restaurants,beach 100m and also street workout areas around. City centre about 20minutes on scooter or bike along the beach with really nice view on seaside. Hotel is located 15minutes by walk from the airport. Staff was really nice and friendly, we felt really comfortable there.

Great little appartment right at the doorstep of beautiful sandy beach. We also paid for a private parking in underground parking, frome where you could access your appartment directly by the lift. We also loved 2 balconies. Receptionist surprised us with free family tickets to local water park for kids.

Air con fans was too strong and too cold so we could not use it all night. doors and windows were not reall sound proof so you could hear some noise form outside. Extractor above the hob was quity dirty - covered with dust.

Everything was great. The parking is a bit tight, but the apartment exceeded our expectations. We were provided with plenty of towels, and the kitchenware – pots, cutlery, wooden spoon, plates – was in excellent, almost new condition

The music coming in from the street in the evening, going late into the night, was a bit disturbing, but this was independent of the accommodation.

Great location, apartment was really clean. Stuff members were extremely nice, answered every question and helped us with a lot of stuff which made our vaca even more enjoyable! Thank you! 😊

I wish they were extra garbage bags in the apartment since we stayed there 5 days but it wasn’t a big deal.

We enjoyed our stay in Residence T2 with a 2 year-old. Stuff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Felt as if at home. Room is equipped with lovely kitchenette with all necessities for cooking. Our balcony was looking particularly at the seaside, breakfast with a seaview was ideal. Location is great, beach is very close, supermarket is also located nearby.

Our trip was in the beginning of June, so I guess the start of tourist season. Receptionists were the most amazing people of whole Italy! Perfect Staff. We got rooftop apartment with see view, so probably the best one they had at the moment, so I felt like most valued customer.

Our toilet was not flushing, but as it was the best apartment possible, we just politely informed at reception for other customers. As my expectations were low, I can't find anything to dislike. Our aircondition was dripping water when on, so another towel for the ground would be appricieted.

Stuff was very helpfull, especially Sara from reception! Thanks for her amazing job we could travel with our babygirl easily. Hotel is in great location - there is bus stop near, grocery shop, many restaurants with great food and it's really close to the beach.

In this money everything was fine.

I recommend it. Very good location, nice view balconies. Big shower. Kids loved beach village. Clean beach, bus station to city center near by. Bright apartment.

Busy street down, so mention it's noisy. Sofa and table worn out.
