very big apartment that includes 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 1 bath room with window + 1 kitchen with 1 single open/close bed + 1 balcony + 1 loggia where you can e.g. eat. excellent air conditioning I mean each room has its controller so you can set different temperature kitchen has everything and it was more or less new even the coffee boiler. 100meters to supermarket and 200meters to beach. fast WiFi for live watching

WiFi repeaters shall be provided e.g. for rent to extend WiFi range across apartments e.g. at the balcony WiFi was unavailable

Very nice hotel , good staff , very friendly, clean rooms , well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We feel like home, everything was amazing !!! We will come back again. Also very nice pool area on the rooftop. If you are looking at this hotel , reserve it for sure you will be satisfied 100% !!!

We enjoyed having a kitchen available for simple cooking and also the closeness to the beach and restaurants. The pool facilities on the roof were also nice, representing a more quiet place compared to the beach. Simple facilities for training are available.

The air condition system was restricted to 22.5 C, which we felt was a little too warm when trying to sleep. This was however not a major problem.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly-little hard on English, but they try to explain and help as possible.

Street view apartments are a bit noisy in the evening due to a really great restaurant across the street. But oh well, but it was great chance to try Italian cuisine:)

This is a great location in Rimini Sud. Two blocks from the beach and just by a small supermarket. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Bikes are available to use - first 5 hours free and then 2 euro per hour after that. We cycled to Rimini centre for lunch in 30 minutes. There is also a tram close by that gets you to Rimini in 10 - 15 minutes.

The apartment was basic but had everything we needed, except a sofa. But there are seats on the balcony. The swimming pool on the roof doesn't open until June, and there was some maintenance work happening above our heads early in the morning!

Very nice location, Coop is just 2 minutes away, very nice restaurant with pizza and pasta a cross the street. The beach is only 5 minutes away and you can put your towel on the beach for free. The restaurant on the beach is also very nice. Staff was really nice and kind. We had joined rooms and they were big and spacious. Little kitchen and a fridge. The pool on the roof is small but really good and we loved to stay there.

They only changed our linen 2 times in 12 nights stay and cleaning the room is not included. The bed in one of the rooms was not good but in the other room it was really good. The pool was a little dirty.

Location just 20 mins by walk from the airport and 3 minutes to the beach! Room is big and clean everything is renovated and in very good condition, kitchen has all needed amenities, hotel staff is amazing, they were very helpful and answered all our questions. We enjoyed pool on a rooftop. I highly recommend!

Very clean and staff excellent. Close to beach. Coop very close and Aldi about 15min walk away. Not far from local metro and bus stops. Good size bathroom with shower. Would recommend for a few days.

The studio was a little small, should have booked a one bedroom. Starting to look a little tired, but everything worked fine.

Good equipped apartment within 5mins walk from the beach/Miramare railway station. Many cafes/shops in the neighborhood. There was enough space to accommodate 3 of us, bedroom with queen size bed and another single one in the living room. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, induction hob and fridge. Patio and balcony outside the apartment. All rooms were air-conditioned - we were a little surprised it was usually turned off between 12AM and 6AM, but maybe there were some additional regulations like energy saving because of crisis, anyway, nights were pretty warm, though it was early February. Staff was friendly, our arrival was very late, outside reception's working and they still waited for us. I wish we will come there in summer :)

The room itself was spacious with a little balcony (as we were there in the winter, this wasn't used, but would have given more space for eating/sitting), a good bathroom and kitchenette with a small table and chairs. We were a little cold at night and asked for extra blankets which they were happy to provide. The bed was comfortable and shutters blocked out the light at night. The beach is a 5 minute walk away with a lovely promenade and plenty of shops. There is a coop just across the road and various restaurants/takeaways close by. Whilst we were there the pool and solarium were shut for renovations, but the laundry was very useful. We were travelling by train, and the hotel is about 3 miles away from the station, but you can take the bus outside the station down to Miramare (stop no. 30) and as you get off, go one street back from the sea and you will find the accommodation.

The accommodation is set out around a square, and all the bathroom windows open onto it. Smoking is not allowed in the building but with the window open we often got the smell of it in our room. Simple answer was to only open the window when we were showering.
