Perfect location on short walking distance from city center. Clean, great breakfast The big breakfast / living room can be used all day. There are snacks and coffee etc available at all times

Breakfast room is next to sleeping rooms and there is no soundproof door. The owners don’t seem to realize that their shouting wakes up the guests.

We were so happy to be hosted by Nicola and his super friendly staff. We don't have any complains at all. The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was extraordinary. So much cake!!! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and easy.

Size of rhe room was amazing and very comfy. Bathroom was also great. Great air con as. 1 minute from the main piazza. Breakfast was massive and Sonia was very welcoming.

I loved how the b&b has a home feeling. The furniture is also delicious, with a 'modern royal' style and the staff is very friendly. They provide free coffees/teas/pastries for the clients all time. Great location for the Santarcangelo theatre festival. The staff was super nice and they let us stay after our check-out time in the common area for a couple of hours. Very generous.

Everything was excellent. Only the toilets can be improved: the shower handle wasn’t fixed properly and the water kept on flushing when pressing the WC but it's something that they're fixing now.
