We are used to that a breakfast buffet means "all you can eat" (we are hungry cyclists :) ). Up to my stay there I never heard anything else (also in Italy, where I stayed up to now more than 100 nights in hotels). If parts of the breakfast should only taken once per person it should be clearly marked.

Clean room, bathroom is also clean, friendly personnel. It is not far from the highway, so the hotel is good to have a break when you travel to or from South Italy. On the first floor there is a nice Japanese restaurant where you can have nice dinner.

The hotel is situated in a smaller town near San Marino, so if San Marino is one of the destinations you would like to visit, San Clemente is a good choice as it is 15 minutes away (by car). The room was clean and nice, there is parking available, and the hotel shares a part of the space with a Japanese restaurant so, if needed, you can get dinner right next door. The breakfast was also quite nice, with good coffee. Staff speaks Italian and good English, so conversation is not a problem at all.

Stopped by here for a night on my way to explore San Marino. Great price, comes with parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Some guests don't know that slamming doors late in the night is rude. The hotel should install a door silencer or something similar.

The carpet in the room needed some cleaning. However, it was not all that bad.

Good value with great breakfast. Quiet. Comfortable bed. We booked last minute late in the evening and we were welcomed.

Would have been helpful to know upfront that there would be a charge for the dog
