Very nice apartment, close to the sea and pedestrian area with many shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Kitchen was small but comfortably hidden behind doors (no mess visible :-) balcony was amazingly huge. Free swimming pool with equipment and shower in the patio. Comfortable for family with two children.

Kitchen equipment missed few things for cooking, no hangers in wardrobes and small space for toilet users ... but nothing that could influence the overall feeling of the accommodation, which was great.

Great location - easy walk down the street to the beach. Close to a section of free beach as well as some nice Bagno. Staff were very friendly. Nice balcony. Good air conditioning. Cool that you could use the bikes for free.

Kitchenette was a bit cramped, but rest of the room was spacious. Underground parking was good but pretty tight to get in and out of. Bit of noise from other guests but not too bad. Overall very good, would stay again.

The property is very close to the sea and other attractions. The apartment we got was large and had all the facilities we need for a nice stay. The staff was also friendly and helped us getting the car permit in a few minutes after we asked.

Sometimes, I felt like some cleaning after a few days given as facility and extra bath towels would have helped us. But this is nice to have I would say.

Me and my friend stayed in this Residence and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was good and clean. Bathroom also really clean. Woman at the reception was really friendly and nice, she spoke English, which was awesome.

The only thing bad about our stay was the smell coming from the kitchen in the closet, which was awful, but when we closed the door the smell wasn’t noticeable. Also we were given only one roll of toilet paper, and no dishwashing detergents, which we had to ask for.

the room was really nice. It had a kitchen, good room and a bathroom. The residence is really close to the beach so that’s perfect if you are planning to have beach days. But it also two blocks from a bus station that will leave you in the center of Rimini.

The shower was a little bit to small compared to everything else. The bathroom was really big, but in the shower I could barely fit in, without touching the shower doors. The lady in the reception was really nice. She helped us with everything in the check in, but after that we never saw her or any receptionists.

Chic large room, with two rooms and spacious beds, with mini kitchenette and large balcony. Bathroom with all amenities and facilities. Very close to the sea and to the busy area too. There is a swimming pool on the grounds, pleasantly surprised. Polite staff and speaks English. Everything is super. Recommend.

The location was great, the staff was excellent and the service was very nice. I had a great stay with my family. Thank you very much.

Very helpful staff that spoke English. Nice looking comfortable apartment. Location is a bit far from all the "fun" but at the same time its a good thing, because you can enjoy silence and nice walks. Dog friendly. Underground parking.
