Really great and welcoming staff that can share the advice where to go and support if anything needed. With a great sense of humour, too. Nice pool, the beach is just over the road, so you can swim both in fresh and salty water depending on your mood. The room was clean, and the breakfast was also good. A lot of baby playgrounds and activities around. Various restaurants nearby around. Internet was good also. I would be glad to return.

Parking - the hotel has its own parking, but it costs 18 EUR per night that is a bit too much. Still, there is a parking nearby for 4,50 EUR in ca 400 meters right behind the corner, so you can use that one if you have a car. You can stop near the hotel to unload your luggage, but the road is kind of restricted, so you cant leave the car there for a long time. But that's still enough. They also charge you for the beach chairs, but you can go swimming without renting it. Anyway, if you want a "full package" it adds ca 30 EUR per day to your stay. Still, you can manage without it as well.

Great location literaly on the beach, breakfast buffet to die for, especially the dessert side. Whoever is pastrychef here, is awesome. Clean room, great bathroom. Beautiful view from balcony. Staff very friendly, great level of english. Pool clean and all but nothing special. Beach nice and looked after. If you dont want to pay for it, still have 2 free beaches close by in both directions from hotel.

Parking bit far, but u can use shuttle service. Still walking distance though and guarded so thats a bonus. Paid extra on top of booking. Only one lift, so during breakfast peak u can forget it. At least you burn the calories from the finger licking croissants on the stairs.

The staff were very friendly, it was kept beautifully clean including the swimming pool area where there was a lifeguard on duty all day. We had a full sea view room with balcony which we loved. As others have stated the amount offered for breakfast was mind boggling, so much to choose from, it was like brunch and we couldn’t believe the price of the room with all that was on offer. The beach was just in front of the hotel, you did have to pay to use it although you could of course walk along the beach and swim. We were concerned initially about its location to the central train station but decided we’d get a taxi to it which cost us 25euros. However, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk from hotel so we caught the no.4 bus back to the train station which took 25 minutes at a fraction of the cost.

It was all good.

excelent services , excelent breakfest with real italian expresso. we had ocean view. tha A/C was very well working .

restaurant arround offers relative good pizza but other food not good quality( mistly comes from frozzen food) this place deserve really italian gastronomy wjich we couldnt find there

The hotel is very good, suitable for families with small children. The breakfast was excellent. There were a variety of dishes: scrambled eggs, fried bacon, cheese, sausage, ham, baked and fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, yoghurts, as well as a lot of types of sweets: croissants, muffins, cookies ... the beach is next to the hotel, there are sun loungers, and the hotel also has a swimming pool. The room was perfectly clean, towels were changed every day. We really enjoyed our holiday. We will come again.

The downside is that the hotel only offers breakfast. Since I was on vacation with a child, it would be more convenient for us to eat in a hotel than in a cafe. I hope the hotel administration will consider further organisation of meals. I also didn't really like the pool, as the water in it is not heated. But it did not matter much to us, since we spent all the time at the sea.

Clean, quiet, close to beach, great breakfest selections.

Only a few. The window blinds do not block out sunlight (maybe 80%), so if you like a totally dark room to sleep in when sunrise occurs, then it's not happening. Just be aware there is an 18 Euro charge for car parking, which is mentioned in their fine print. The beach umbrellas with 2 chairbeds across the road is 50 Euro charge, which seems excessive, but they don't really own this (the website seems misleading as I thought they have their own section on the beach).

Close to the beach and the main street, but still quiet during the night. Excellent braskfast with so many different products to choose, both sweet and salty, also with some vegan/lactose free/gluten free proposals. Small rooms but quite newly furnished, with everything you may need. It’s nice to have a small terrace and a small fridge too.

The room could have been a little cleaner (more attention to details) and as most of the properties, the bathroom has no window and a really small shower.

Amazing pool which is great for cloudy days, Hot water jacuzzi, beach right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely stunning, I have never experienced this kind of breakfast anywhere in the world for real. Price is amazing, rooms are really cozy and modern. Employees are absolutely sweet and helpful. Amazing cleaning service. Definitely coming back ☺️

Just one elevator for the whole hotel so sometimes you wait little longer , not a big problem just a detail. Also, September is really quiet in Rimini, not so many places you can go because the main season is over. If you want night life I definitely recommend July or August.

The area is nice, beach is few meters away which is very handy, plus the Bus station is like 5 minutes walk away, once you figure it out, you can go to the center by bus. The front desk stuff is extremly friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are doing an awesome job, throughout the stay they kept everything clean without interrupting our privacy, even the Toiletts near the Reception were super clean, keep up the good work! Breakfast was tasty and fresh, you have plenty of time to eat, from 7 to 11:30. Swimming pool looks nice, although we didn't get to try it out, since the beach, as I previously mentioned is close by. The room we had was tidy and looked pretty new, it was bit smallish for 3 people but it had everything we needed. The verdict is that the hotel is awesome, especially for a families with children, since the beaches are protected with rocks so no one can drift away. All in all, I would recommend it 100% 👌 maybe even revisit it again in the future.. 😊

The thing we didn't like is the only and extremely small elevator. We had to wait at times 10 minutes, just to get in there, we were at floor 4 so we were kind of bound to use it to go up.

We arrived early at the hotel but the staff maked us feel at home. We waited for awhile then as soon as our room was ready, they called us. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Well cooked and prepared, thanks to Miss Elena and staff. Room was cleaned everyday. Overall stay was super, everyone was great. Thanks to Miss Desiere for making everything’s perfect.
