Great Value for Money For this price, the apartments are decent. The biggest asset of these apartments is the reception staff. They are the most positive and friendly staff I have ever encountered. The location is very convenient for families with children. There are breakwaters in the sea and the shallow depth makes it safe for kids, and the water warms up quickly. You can also fish from the breakwaters. There are excellent playgrounds on the beaches. The beaches have an entrance fee of 6 euros per sunbed. There are nice cafes nearby and an excellent supermarket just 5 minutes away by car. The room itself is spacious and modest, but we booked with a discount, so we didn't expect more for the price. Since it was May, we were provided with free parking. A special thanks for the barbecue area, which we used every day—it was very convenient. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their friendliness and positivity. They have excellent English skills, so communication was not an issue.

The room with a balcony exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. For this price, don't expect a luxury suite, but everything was acceptable. The room had everything we needed except for Prosecco glasses. The bathroom was normal; the shower was not very convenient(always wet floor) but manageable. The electric stove was a bit unpredictable, but you can get used to it. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and springy. The view from the balcony was normal, and occasionally a train would pass by, but it didn't cause any discomfort.

Location, room space, air conditioner in every room. Wifi has a good coverage. Elevator facility. Bus stop is near to get Rimini. The price is reasonable. Absolutely outstanding and professional staff who care of your good staying.

Washing machine could be avalaibe in every room. But it's not mandatory.

the apartment is in great location with a walking distance from the beach and a mini market is nearby. the staff they were very friendly and polite. not far from the city center. i recommend this place. we enjoyed our stay at this place. thank you cima residence.😍

Perfect location- 1 min to the beach. Beach and sea- perfect for kids safety. Friendly and helpful staff.

Calm place, all necessary equipment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Parking possible not only on the street (paid when on private parking). Kitchen was adequately equipped for the full stay with one year old baby. Clean apartment (just the dust remains inside of wardrobe, nothing serious). You can choose 3 different beaches (each has its own benefits). Easy to get to the "main street" along the beach and to anywhere else (market, other attractions)

Enterance doors to the apartment were difficult to open and with lot of noise while opening, but nothing serious.

Location is very close to the Beach area!!! The residence is in a quiet location.
