The staff is excellent, the cleanliness is excellent, the reception is excellent, the rooms are spacious with a side view of the sea, the breakfast is somewhat good, but it is possible to provide more and more comprehensive options. I will visit it again.

I have a simple comment about the towels, they are not changed daily but every 3 days, and this honestly surprised me, in addition to the mini bar being very, very small, and the breakfast should have a wider selection and not be fixed throughout the week only. I hope this will be amended.

The location and staff were outstanding, the breakfast was great, very fresh and plenty of choice. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean in every area and just a few steps from the beach. Special mentions to Paolo and Mila in the restaurant and Tania and Nabou on reception who made our stay so special with their welcoming service.

Difficult to be critical because the hotel is excellent but a couple of things that could be improved: The air conditioning would not go below 23 degrees until I questioned this after a couple of uncomfortable nights, the staff on reception adjusted the settings and solved the issue but this should not have been necessary. Also, no coffee in the room, a hotel of this standard should have a coffee machine in the room as standard.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The rooms are modern, clean and a decent size. The staff were extremely helpful and are genuine sincere people. You can tell they actually care about their guests and want them to enjoy the stay. In all honesty we wish we could have stayed longer! Without a doubt the best place I have stayed. There was some decent breakfast options to choose from, presented beautifully and tasted great. The pool area was always kept tidy - it looks out onto the sea with a beautiful view. Thanks guys! The facilities were fantastic — pool, sauna, and spa were all great to use. The location right on the beach was ideal, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean.

Breakfast could have had a little more variety, but the Nutella croissants were to die for so overall it was still enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. I had Suite Loft with hydromasage. Total intimity, very clean, very big room, very good food, on the beach, very nice pool. You can book some special events for you and your partner. If I will come back to Rimini for sure I will come back here, at this hotel.

From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. They provided good information about our planned outings. They were interested in us and always had time to address any concerns. In an extraordinary way, Tania and Nabou helped me get a package from Milan to our hotel in time. It was above and beyond...!

Super friendly service. We had brought our own food on the night of our stay and we were offered a bowl to mix our salad, cutlery and plates. And a seat in the breakfast area. We were also offered a welcome drink. Well-located. Peaceful. And very clean, modern rooms. Also the breakfast was delicious!

We stayed in one of the suites with private jacuzzi and sauna overlooking the beach. The room, hotel, and staff were exemplary. There were many little hidden treats offered during our stay, including welcome drinks and cake and a gift of biscuits when we checked out.

There is nothing to dislike. The only suggestion I could possibly make is that they start serving evening meals as the lunch menu was excellent.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Really can't fault it.

The photos on the website and around the hotel are very off putting, I almost didn't book due to the photos but the hotel was lovely.
