A well maintained property in a great location down a cul de sac so no noisy passing traffic. We were greeted by Andreas who explained everything we needed to know and in fact all the staff and owners were extremely courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts on the terrace and the property is very close to the beach. Easy , accessible and plentiful parking available .

We liked having a small balcony to soak up the evening sunshine with a G and T however each balcony was very open to adjoining ones but not much you could do about that really!

We were there for the Ironman event. Wished we had more time to use the pool and other facilities. The bike lockers were ideal!!! Food was yummy!!!

Noise carried. Rooms and halls need sound absorption. Lots of echos.

The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and beach clubs, with a nice park and restaurants close by. The swimming pool is a big bonus, it is a really good size and very nice.

Soundproofing could be better in the rooms, I could hear people talking late at night.

The swimming pool and bike room make this place ideal for training before Ironman race. Although the location of the hotel is far from the Ironman starting point, bit you can rent a city bike in the hotel. At the end of the season in September there was little choice of still working restaurants close to the hotel. By the way the restaurant Gabbiano helped us a lot. The breakfast was nice and delicious. We liked a lot that the hotel served the early morning breakfast for Ironman participants.

There is no kettle for tea in the room, although the bar on the 1st floor is always open.

The swimming pool was excellent, the breakfast was complete and the staff very friendly.

The view from the room was dismal, we were overlooking the air conditioning units. It didn't really matter, we were there for the sea side and pool.

The location and infrastructure is Perfect for people who's looking for sportive holidays and training! Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's 2min walking to the beach. Direct and open views to Green Park full of enormous pine trees. Unique training swimming pool. Very Good Breakfast. Quiet and Relaxed Place. Free bicycles to ride to the city centre.

Pool should be open longer

Nice location, but a little bit removed from the heart of Cesenatico. Very good breakfast. Easy parking and super pool.

The single room was fine, but the shower unit was quite small. A little far from the centre of Cesenatico which is only an issue in low season and not at all if you just want the beach.
